The Coverseal looks great at it has only been a week since installed so can't really comment on how it will stand up over time. I'll provide additional comments in a few years to see if we have had any problems. Giovanni who did the installation was polite, professional and did a great job. We are in Suisse Romande and he came all the way from Italy. The installation was complete within a day. We have received lots of compliments about the pool cover and are happy with our choice.

They promised to install the pergola in 3 days, it took over 11 months and 10 interventions between the start and the end of the installation. During this time the part that was already installed was damaged 2 times because of the wind...
1 month after they finally finished the pergola in november 2024, the structure was badly damaged by the wind again however it should resist at 9 beaufort.
The pergola was never used, nevertheless they claim it is not covered by the warranty.
We paid 27000€ for a pergola that was never used and now they want another 20000€ for the reparation!
I would be very careful before ordering here

Sliding pool cover: excellent product, avoids dirt in the water, absolutely safe for children.

I purchased a coverseal 15 months ago, and waited to see how it performed for a full season before writing my opinion here. I am overall very happy with the product, it has kept out dirt, grass and a good part of acid rain from the pool. The semi-automatic solution is a bit buggy and in retrospect, I wish I had gone for the full automatic. I also would have gone for the "box" to cover the roll. Without it a very small gap remains and little frogs and worms sometimes take a wrong turn and drown. About service: Everytime I called with a problem for the semi-automatic system, the technician Luca Ariu talked me through the steps I needed to resolve the problem. If he was with a client, he would call me back and I could send him pictures through WhatsApp to problem solve. This is excellent service and avoids delays for simple hiccups. My only disappointment was actually in the installation phase when we discovered the technicians did not have sufficient extra material to lengthen the cover by the needed 20cm to avoid blocking one of the skimmers. We had to have them come back and fix it several weeks later. But they did it and it works super well now. Expensive? yes. Very. But I have not seen anything so performant on the market to make any other choice, so I am overall very satisfied. Particularly by the service after sales.

Its over 4 years and Abritaly cover is not possible to open. Still horror. They can not adopt servic e visit to customer scadrual. This comapany should not be on a market!!!!!!

I am satisfied with the product which has been installed 2 weeks ago. Architect Giorgio was very helpful and patient in explaining the different possibities and calculated over and over again to get the best solution.
The lady doing the follow up with invoices and payments is very friendly although sometimes the follow up did feel a bit too much. I can only hope they will have the same follow up when a problem occurs and it is not merely chasing the money.
The two installers did a great job, even after driving 700 km to get to the island. They communicated well and did a perfect job. Thank you!
The cover looks good and serves it purpose. The water is already a couple degrees warmer and I don’t have to worry getting ashes from the volcano or leaves from the surrounding trees in the pool. Easy to open and close.
Only negative point is the very high price (that is why I give a 4star iso 5star), but then that is my choice and problem.
