Stay away from this company. Horrible customer service. I am filing complaints with all agencies. I am having the same problem as many. I deposited a small amount of money to earn interest. It was fine all monies were deposited quickly. Then I deposited a larger amount and it has been over a month since the money was taken from my bank. They show it was received but it is not in my account and not making interest. Just says deposit pending.
Always the lamest replies back with the same response checking with prime trust bank, we will let you know shortly.
You should be ashamed ABRA and prime trust bank. Making interest on all these stalled deposits.
Return all my money back ASAP.

I am not happy with ABRA. I would not recommend using this app at all. They can take your money but you will not be able to withdraw from it. I hope one day I can get my money out of this app.

Horrible experience. I have not received my money back, it was initially supposed to be deposited to my bank account but they said it failed so they will refund it back to my Abra Wallet. It's been weeks now and I STILL HAVE NOT received my money back. I have sent many emails but all they do is DELAY and DELAY again. Don't trust this app, you will never get your money. It's better to use a different app.
Update: they finally credited my account back after a month. I appreciate that Customer Service did their best but their management should really work on these delays

I am very disappointed In this app, I will never ever recommend this app to anyone.
I transferred thousands of dollars into the app because I wanted to earn 10.5 % on my cryptocurrency.
I am now waiting to to be approved which I didn't know I had to go through an approval process.
They say it takes up to 5 days to be approved and it's been weeks.
I have tried contacting their customer service and its just an automated bot.
I tried transferring my coin out because I am tired of their lies, but I can not until the application process is done. They had no problem taking my money, it only took a few minutes for that to go through.
I will never ever recommend this app to anyone. I will never use this app again.
I started looking at abra's Facebook page and there are lots of dissatisfied customer's in the comments, the ones that were not deleted yet.
BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE.

Is there a minus stars option? No? Ok. Well I had this app and had no problems with it, UNTIL my phone crashed and I had to reboot. I sign in with either my finger print or pass code normally.. well when I reinstalled abra app it does not allow those options. It is asking for a recovery phrase. I always written down passcodes and stuff, have 1 recovery phrase in my book, which was generated by the crypto app. Not abra. I contacted support and was told I set up a recovery phrase even told me what the first word was, but I DID NOT SET ONE UP!!!! ONLY USED PASSCODE AND FINGERPRINT. I WANT MY CRYPTO!
Update: still has not changed i did not set one up. I used a numeric passcode and my fingerprint.

Avoid this Abra app. Biggest regret to trust this app. My money was stolen. Very unprofessional people. I’ve been written them about my deposit for 3 weeks and my deposit has never transferred to my abra account. 100% sure that the rest of my money into this account will be stolen as well. Never trust this app. again. Better using coinbase than this poor, scammer app. 😠 😡

It's good that you understand my complaints before responding to my email. All I need is an opportunity to verify my wallet. I lost a wallet before which I previously verified with my identity. My new wallet didn't verify because I used same identity (the same email and ID card) I previously used.
What I want to know is the opportunity to verify again.

I made a transfer of money on April 12th to start working with the App. Today is May 14th and, although I reported this issue to customer support, my balance is still at 0€. I no longer want to use the App. Please, I want my money back.
Updated in June 3rd. I am still waiting for a solution. My ticket ID on your customer support system is 285815 and it is assigned to a person called Jisoo since April 20th.
Updated in July 12th. I´ve got my money back. What a relief!

Poor support, I tried to withdraw funds, my bank confirmed the funds were returned due to an error on my banks part, who gave me the incorrect branch detail that my account was associated with, however, when I provided the correct information, completing a disbursement form, 1 month later I have still not received the funds and am being ignored by their support, or at best. they respond days after me asking for an update, saying they were very busy at the moment. It is a joke. I am happy to provide Trustpilot full transparency to corroborate my post!
Well Still going on, radio silence as per normal, another 7 days, that is 2.7 months since initial withdrawal request! Tick Tock, how can anyone deal with an organisation like this!!!
I have not heard from anyone btw only their marketing apps!!

Very easy to deposit money...IMPOSSILE to get it out....Error after error with the app, support doesn't reply, and your money is just STUCK. I even just deleted the app, my money is still with them....

I have been at this since yesterday at 5pm. The app will not provide a verification code. It is advertised as user friendly and it is NOT.
The PC interface is too hard to work with too as they do not have easy user experience.
