TERRIBLE. I placed an order on 4/15/25 and have yet to receive any emails regarding the tracking info or status of my order. I’ve reached out to customer service several times but no one has replied to my emails. I even trying DMing them on instagram and still haven’t received a response. This is unacceptable
I ordered the Washed T-shirts 3 pack and made the mistake of not checking anywhere if this company is legit and looked up on this site and got really scared after reading all the reviews in here and kinda got used to idea that i got scammed but it really isn't the case. The t-shirts are 100% cotton and good quality and the size is also fitting as expect. No idea why everyone says it's a scam, I'm 100% satisfied with them.
Asked 5 seperate times to cancell my order and they didnt reply once.
I have asked for a refund, they proposed to resend the items at my own costs. The shipping costs were higher than the price paid for the t shirt. Anyway they didn’t reply me anymore
A refund for a return is almost impossibe. I had to email numerous times, mostly ignored, and only succeeded when I threatended to have my bank do a chargeback. Truly awful company to deal with, do not do it.
This is a scam business. They don’t reply to any of the emails they’ve stated on their website (abovepublic. com). Their clothing is overpriced, bad quality, shipped from china and stinks of chemicals upon arrival. It’s not possible to make returns with them, and they don’t send all of the items you’ve purchased. They also keep deleting their instagram.
