The wording on the initial loan offer…
The wording on the initial loan offer page was not worded very well. I wanted the optional additional funds. The way it was worded confused me and didnt realize I didnt get it until after I signed. Immediately called customer service and was told nothing could be done.
Update: to anyone that actually reads these, they did in fact not address the issue appropriately and everything was canceled.

Several initial agents were not…
Several initial agents were not adequately educated in call management, especially when referred and "connected" by phone directly from Beyond Finance. They had no info about me, wouldn't offer answers to my basic case questions, then asked me to tell them my entire Social Security # aloud over the phone. 6 hours of calls later I got my last effective "fiduciary" agent from Beyond to totally understood, and she connected me to a very knowledgeable, friendly, and more "fiduciary" agent at Above.
