Never received the parcel at home

The experience with the website itself isn't bad, but the shipping is horrible. I ordered about 4 times from them, and not a single time have I actually received the parcel at home, even though I was always waiting for it, as I work from home.
At first I thought it's Hermes's fault, which is a terrible shipping company, but now I found that About You doesn't know how to print shipping labels. Parts of the address like house / apartment number are completely missing and the delivery guy doesn't know what to do with my parcel so he drops it off at a location.
To make things worse, because the address is incomplete I don't even have the paper that tells me where to pick it up. Usually I do some detective work, going back and forth between the Hermes and Austrian Post websites, and eventually find the place where the parcel was left. Previously I'd go to that place, talk to the front desk and get my parcel.
Unfortunately this time they dropped it in a locker without any front desk and have no code for access. Now I have to contact About You via email and hope for the best.
It's unbelievable that this is the 4th time happening, and such a big company can't get basic things straight like printing a shipping label properly...

Refund Delayed Over a Month + Ridiculous Excuses

My experience with About You has been recently incredibly frustrating. Since they don’t offer price compensation shortly after purchase, I bought the same item at a lower price and returned the more expensive one. Instead of processing it correctly, they logged it as if I had returned the cheaper item, leaving me waiting for the price difference refund for over a month.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I received only vague responses and missed deadlines.

The most ridiculous part? Their support team told me they had 61,000 unprocessed requests and a processing rate of 8,000 requests every 6 hours. Simple math shows that they should clear their backlog in under 48 hours, yet, after more than two weeks, my refund is still missing.

Meanwhile, all refunds for my later returns have already been processed, proving that something is specifically wrong with my case.

This isn't about the amount, it's about poor service, lack of accountability, and absurd excuses. Holding a customer’s money for over a month due to an internal mistake is unacceptable.

Scam site, they can not be trusted

I just wasted a couple of hours finding some clothes, because they promised me 20% ekstra on certain item. When I was done and about to buy, they first wanted me to add the 20% to each product, so I had to remove and add every item again.
When that was done I went to the toilet for less then 5 minutes and when i returned again, there was some message about their the coupons/20% was put on hold.
So I called them to ask what the deal was, and a polite customer "service" guy said he did not understand it either. He said I could try again after the 5+ days when the coupons was not put on hold, but there was only 1-5 left of most of the items i wanted and the chance of any being left in 5+ days i slim to none.
Stay away from this site, you will pay more then you were promised.

Terrible service, even worse courier.

Ordered 3 items from their website, easy enough. Quick dispatch. However, Hermes (unsurprisingly) failed to deliver the package despite being at home all day. Not only did they fail to bother attempting to deliver the package, they didn’t provide any information as to where my package was. The only information given via email was my closest pick up station. Which simply wasn’t true. I’ve tried emailing About You to no avail, then I called them to which they said they will ask Hermes. Which i never received a response from them regarding its location. Then eventually I just got a form to fill out to say I never received my package so that I can get refunded. Absolutely useless service and somehow even worse courier. Don’t bother. I certainly won’t.

I received a pair of very well faked…

I received a pair of very well faked Ralph Lauren shoes (Lanette).
After my first impression I checked with Ralph Lauren directly and they confirmed that AboutYou is not a trusted partner of them.
The shoes arrived in a random box without any official LRL indicator and already the colour name is suspicious "dark brown" (doesn´t even exist in the catalogue of LRL).
Sad to pay so much money for fake shoes and of course they didn´t publish my review ;)
