A beautiful watch (1956 Marine Steel/Black Gilt) and great customer service. I ordered the watch late on a Friday (US East Coast time) and didn't figure there would be any action on my order until the following week. Then there was some ridiculous US tariff threats on Saturday. I feared for the worst, but on Sunday morning there was an email from the company CEO assuring no problems and that the order had shipped. Outstanding! And the watch is as great as it looks online. I plan on another purchase soon.

We ordered two engraved watches for Christmas for our sons. They were lost/ destroyed in transit. We contacted the shipper and AV86. While the information and messaging from the shipper was fragmented at best. AV86 Team answered all our questions and got us our watches with alacrity.
