Pure scam.

About.me looks appealing on the surface, but behind the facade there is absolutely nothing. Empty platform, promises of visibility that never materialize, and a completely nonexistent customer support.

Once you sign up, you’re left on your own. Requests go unanswered, no one takes responsibility, and good luck getting any real help.

Feels more like a money-grabbing machine than an actual service. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

Clicking continue to free page sends you into an endless verification loop. I gave up and used PowerPoint instead.

Didn't sign up for the automatic debit of $84 a year after I clicked a button on the website. They say "3-day cancellation" from the rollover, a year after signing up for a useless "website". I never knew they ripped me off (on my birthday) until I got my credit card statement, nearly a month after their sleazy debit.
Companies like this deserve the sleazy scamming trickery their websites embed, to keep sucking money from people's credit cards, long after they forgot about the lousy product / no service.
Of course, time wasters, they ping ponged my complaint back and forth, doing nothing but making more trouble. Stay away from these fraudsters. They owe me $84 = $79 for a "pro plan" and $15 for a vaporware "add on" . It's digital theft.

They accused me of being a bot . They asked me to do a review of a purchase on thrift books. If you accuse a person of being a bot then they are fascist.

I don't know how we were added to this site but our company details are wrong and there is no way to contact these people.

This company and site is so useful to have an information page of yourself so people better can know who you are and what your interest are you can also buy pro membership and have your own custom domain link that you choose and pick for only 13 dollars addon once and your pro is only 8 per month which is so worth it when you want your own about me and interests with your own link!

Zero contact options to report fraudsters. That's shady for a start.

Liars fake ass hackers just ripped off the money

Seems a great product, though no support or response after numerous chasing.
Been threatened and racially abused through this portal and have reached out the them a number of times. I was informed a 30 day response time, no one communicates or follows up.
My local Police have tried and again no response from the About me team.

Did not delete my account after more then 10 requests.

Only automatic replys on email that they reply in 30 days but never a reply
