Very happy with how easy and intuitive it is, a bulwark against all the extra workload we now have from Renter's Rights Act. The chatbot 'Alfred' is actually quite funny but also really helpful with everything I've asked it so far.
It's definitely made managing my property a lot simpler. There was one thing it doesn't do (tenant sourcing/vetting, definitely needed these days) but I asked the Alfred Property Manager and it assured me the team are looking into this.
I've never tried one of these apps before but am surprised at how useful it's become for me. I manage 3 small student let apartments and everything feels much more tidy, organised and in my control now I know where all my docs and receipts are, can get advice, and manage issues with tenants. And the personal AI manager has been pretty informative on RRA and helping me get set up and use the app, understand compliance obligations etc
I like how it can read all your docs for you and understand your property, extract key relevant information. I even just found out about a clause in the contract I had forgotten was in there! Should have got this app ages ago.
Not something I was expecting from a property management app but it made me aware I was undercharging on rent based on my property details and area, based on verified data apparently..I just double checked this with a letting agent and they agreed. Potentially saved me ~1.5k/year as our contract is up for renewal and tenants are moving out in 2 months, very good feature.
The setup was smooth and easy, uploaded a few docs, as well as our finance spreadsheets and we were good to go. The features and capabilities of this app seem to far outstrip others we've seen on Coho etc. Glad we decided to give this a shot, have already recommended it to others.

I manage 2 properties in Cardiff and found this app mentioned on a landlord forum, pretty impressed with what it can do. The features are genuinely useful (it helped my with RRA compliance and I love the stuff on income & expense management, finally feel like I'm able to run my properties a bit more like an organised business now). 5*, would recommend, at least so far
Such a time saver! I’ve been using abodient to manage letting my property, and it’s been so great having every thing I need all in one place. It’s really easy to use which is a big bonus for me as it can be such a pain to learn how everything in a new system works. I’m much more confident now in managing my property and feeling like I’m on top of it all. Thanks abodient!
Ive been trialing this app for 6 weeks and very impressed - the first property management platform that is actually running my property for me with minimal input and making the right calls. As I'm out of my free trial period but at £30/mo it's so cheap for what it is tbh , very excited about this one

Was recommended this by a friend and pretty happy so far (still on my free trial period but the monthly costs are low). It actually managed to resolve a tenant issue without any input from my end already and generally the app seems quite easy to use and intuitive. Hopefully will take the stress out of managing my property from afar!
