Ableworld are the largest mobility retailer in the country and believe this is because we genuinely care about our customer’s well-being. We employ professional, caring and knowledgeable staff to work in our stores, and provide quality mobility aids at value for money prices.
We pride ourselves on being an ethical trader who will not pressure sell items and if we feel a product should have an assessment we will not sell these online, as we want to ensure our customers that they are getting the right product for their needs, not just the most expensive mobility aid.
Our stores stock all types of mobility aids, including Mobility Scooters, Walkers, Powerchairs, Bathing Aids and Stairlifts. You can be assured that in all of our stores we provide the same caring approach to looking after our customers, and the same range of quality mobility aids.

Just purchased Abena wet wipes at a shocking price of £8.50 for 80 wipes to later discover they are comparable in size to pampers wipes at a price of £2 for 100 wipes !!!

It took 10 days to realise that payment has not been taken (something i was not aware of) and we needed the cushion for my dad who was coming out of hospital. He has now died.
Oh my goodness, as if I’ve got time to take this further. I am now dealing with the funeral and shall never use your services again

Your delivery service is also first class well done guys.
It's nice to be able to go into a proper shop to physically see the products rather than having to shop online.

My wife and I visited Ableworld in Wrexham to buy a wheelchair. The two ladies in the store (Catherine & Bev) were fabulous. We had some specific needs and Catherine and Bev were able to advise (through their profound level of knowledge) which wheelchair and accessories were best suited to our needs. Throughout our visit these ladies were very helpful, polite and professional at all times. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone with specific mobility needs.

We went to the Wrexham store initially to look at mobility scooters. Cath showed us various models before suggesting a powered wheelchair as an alternative. Nothing was too much trouble for Cath, I didn't feel rushed and she took the time to help me try out the wheelchair, even out onto the streets and pavements. She was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole purchase. I left the store feeling so confident and happy. I highly recommend the store and wouldn't hesitate returning in the future should I require anything of this nature again.
