Partook in the 2391-52 Inspection and testing refresher course and practical. Course is extremely helpful and informative for both the exam and beyond. Steve was my teacher and he did a flawless job of delivering the content needed. Very personable and knowledgable, a real pleasure to learn under.

I found this course to be very helpful. I was nervous before taking the 2391 however Steve my instructor went through all aspects of testing and made me feel very confident and relaxed.

The Introduction to Bricklaying was put together well, it was taught by very good tutors, and great fun. By the end of the five days I felt I could tackle a range of bricklaying projects with a professional result.

I recently completed my ACS reassessment at Able Skills and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The assessor Ian and Roy was highly professional, approachable, and clearly very experienced, which immediately put me at ease.
The whole process was well organised, with everything explained clearly beforehand so I knew exactly what to expect. During the assessment, the assessor was fair and supportive, giving me the opportunity to demonstrate my knowledge and practical skills without feeling under pressure.
What stood out most was the constructive feedback provided. Any points that needed improvement were explained in a clear and helpful way, making the reassessment not just a test, but also a valuable learning experience.
I would highly recommend Able Skills to anyone needing ACS reassessment. The standard of assessment and support is excellent, and the overall experience was both professional and reassuring.

Attended the introduction to bricklaying course and it was fantastic. Malcolm and Simon are excellent tutors. Amazing how much I have learnt in such a short space of time. They were really attentive, articulated themselves well when explaining technics etc. Thoroughly recommend this course. Overall atmosphere in the workshop area is great also. Will certainly be back for another course at some point.

Tutor Steve was an absolute legend and his knowledge is second to none..guided me through a challenging course perfectly

Been here for all my Gas courses over the last 6years, always good in depth courses with great tutors. Ian taught me initially and its great to see he is still there, always lending a helpful word to jog the memory but honestly after 5years on from my initial ACS the teaching we had really did stick and continues to be used in my daily working life.
Also done a fault finding course here which also helped over the years working in the field. Always recommend to anyone interested in doing any tradie courses.

I done the beginners painting and decorating course, highly recommended- mark was a great teacher and welcomed all my questions, went in a total novice and am now ready to take steps to use for my work, I’d recommend the course to anyone whether looking to do decorating as a course or dust up on skills for work within your own home.

I had a really great experience at Able Skills Construction Training. I attended the Paint and Decoration course, and I can honestly say it was a very valuable time for me. The training was well organised, and the facilities were professional and well equipped.

A big thank you to Mark, who was my tutor. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. He explained everything clearly and made sure everyone understood each step before moving on. His teaching style made it easy to learn both the theory and practical skills.

The course gave me a lot of confidence and practical skills that I can now use in real work. I really appreciated the hands-on approach, which made a big difference.
