Absolutely horrible customer service and logistics. I ordered a bag a week ago, and my order is still being processed despite their website stating that the processing time does not exceed 5 days. Trying to get any kind of information from them is a joke, they reply once every three days with a chinglish message and disappear for another couple of days. Wouldn't recommend; order from trusted brands that care about customers.
The Daily Plus backpack is nearly perfect. The balance between pockets and open spaces is good for my daily commute and general usage. The materials seem really nice. I've only been using it for a month, but so far so good.
My only complaint is that it does not have a top pocket. I used to use that as a short term store anything pocket. The front/side section with multiple pockets isn't the same, but I'm getting used to it.
