They asked me to delete my old review and write one based on my own experience, so here goes:
My experience with their customer service has been that they are defensive and a little bully-ish.
I just had a phone call with their COO where his opening line was "Well, first of all...", and he insisted multiple times that my experience was not first hand because it is not my name on the contract, therefore my review and experience with their business was not valid.
It so happens that I am directly affected by their delays and also when I see a valued colleague upset for being poorly treated. So I do believe my experience is indeed valid.
They tried to invalidate my opinions of their service, and by doing that they just gave me an opportunity to experience their customer service firsthand, which I guess, will now validate my opinion?
I am sure they will try and do the same again in the form of a reply here, so be aware, as a consumer, of the people you do business with.
