It went all great.
It went all great and an incredibly fast delivery from the UK to Germany as of the package was sent in Germany itself. I asked for the right parts to install the Soundbomb split on my BMW F900GS and they made me a shopping basket with exactly what I needed to fit it to the canbus controller I already had. I can't be anymore satisfied with the guy's from A Bike Thing. Many thanks.

Incorrect addressing of delivery address
The Company address was put above my names and therefore triggered and evoked serious tax penalties. I had to appeal to customs because the parcel was addressed to my work place and not me. This resulted in a £110 pound import tax and duties on top of the £50 shipping via DHL. So I do have some buyers remorse as result of this . The product was only received today 2nd April 2026.

Steve’s responses to emails and questions about the products that he offers is always spot on and timely. One more thing…. Deceptive practices
Deceptive practices, purchased a tool kit, then when a part was missing, they stated it was no part of the kit. Even though it was clearly on the image. There wasn't even a function to purchase of offer it as an ad on. Then they stated it was how the kit was supposed to come, etc. Then when they offered to refund, but I had to pay the shipping back. Unacceptable if they misrepresentation of the product on their site.

To clarify, the KTM Adventure Pro Tool Kit supplied is the standard kit as provided by the manufacturer. The 27mm socket you’ve referred to is not included as part of that kit, even when purchased directly from the manufacturer — it is shown as an optional add-on on their site, which increases the price if selected.
We appreciate how this could be easily misunderstood when viewing product imagery, and we’ll take your feedback on board to see how we can make this clearer on our own product page.

Just to clarify, the amber lens is no longer included as standard. This was changed some time ago, and the current product listing reflects that — it’s now an optional extra as not all customers wanted it included.
We do understand how this can be confusing, especially if you’ve seen older videos where it was previously included.

Only negative: the screwdriver needed for installation was stolen by somebody, and replaced with a chewing gum… I guess it was at customs… Not your fault, I guess.
