I recently purchased Exposure Radial 6s and an ezCAN from A Bike Thing. Email replies were prompt and the products were very quickly shipped. The quality of both products is very impressive.
Steve from A Bike Thing put me in touch with Dragomir down in Kent to fit the products. He was great and met the standards and expectations I expected.

Great people, advice, products & installation
Great people and products.
I got great advice for my most recent M1000XR - (Exposure Radial 3's and rear stop lights too.)
They arranged for my installation by The Moto Pro shop in Canterbury; who I would thoroughly recommend - Dragomir is a great technician and went through every function and has since followed up to check I was happy with everything - Firstclass service all round.

Never order from Europe
If you have any issues with the products during the warranty period and need to return them, you have to pay all the associated costs, which is pretty ridiculous. For example, shipping the product from Austria and then having them ship it back costs about €80.

I understand the frustration here, but just to clarify — for international warranty returns, the return shipping cost back to us is the responsibility of the customer. This is standard practice for most UK-based retailers supplying into Europe.
We don’t charge anything for the repair or replacement itself under warranty, but the logistics of moving goods internationally (especially post-Brexit) do unfortunately come with costs such as shipping and customs handling.
We’re always transparent about this, and many customers still choose to work with us because of the level of support and product knowledge we provide.
That said, we do appreciate the feedback and understand it’s not ideal — it’s simply the reality of cross-border shipping at the moment 👍
