Very good experience - Gary and Harley were very lovely and quick.

Abel have take over from Platinum Security. I had need for them to attend my home alarm. I was quoted £90+vat, the same as Platinum used to charge. Today the bill arrives, £312. This was for 15 minutes work. I can not believe why they would do this to a customer using them for the first time. The engineer even turned up in a Platinum Alarms van.

Abel Alarms have been looking after our buildings for a long time and we've had no complaints, the service has been excellent. Carl Bremner especially is always very helpful, professional and quick to respond any problems.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff, nothing is ever too much trouble can't recommend enough.

We have a contract with Abel alarms and when ever we have a problem either an engineer will contact me and talk me through it or they will come out ASAP.

Abel Alarms have been looking after us for many years, giving an excellent service with their professionalism.
I can highly recommend this company.

I had routine annual maintenance visit booked for this morning, but unfortunately I didn't hear the doorbell and the engineer left, but also left a message on my answering machine. I rang the company to explain, and they rang the engineer, Jamie, immediately who agreed to come back within the hour.

He was here within half an hour and carried out the maintenance quickly and professionally, testing the system thoroughly. He also discussed the system with me to highlight any potential future requirements, for example a new battery. A very friendly and knowledgeable engineer.

I have had this same system for over 30 years and, with the help of Abel and annual servicing, it still works as efficiently as the day it was installed giving me complete confidence.

I will start by saying that the engineer who came today Karl was both efficient and courteous, he answered my numerous questions and phoned a friend when he wasn’t sure of the answers.
I had originally phoned Abel as my battery was telling me it was low, they managed to get an engineer out that day but unfortunately he didn’t have the correct battery on his van. He told me that someone would come the next day and fit the new battery. Brilliant I thought. By 16.30hrs that day no sign of a battery I rang the office. After explaining what had happened they put me on hold……always a bad sign…..I felt the person I spoke to made a half hearted attempt at an apology. I felt she was not interested that through no fault of mine I had a day off work to sort out my alarm, and this had not happened. They are the first contact with the company and unfortunately they failed miserably with the customer service that was none existent.

From the moment I called the office they were very friendly and had an engineer booked to do a service for the next week. The engineer was very bubbly and sorted my alarm very quickly

Admin at my local branch reassured me with confidence they could send an engineer that afternoon to rectify my issue. Engineer arrived that afternoon equipped with everything he needed and excellent knowledge. Thanks Abel!

From start to finish, perfect. Easily booked through office-very polite and efficient. Think it was Pete, who came to service my alarms, he was also very polite. Great job Abel, keep up the good work. Thank you

Had an engineer out to complete routine maintenance, great work from Abel as per usual. Spoke with admin in the office to get this booked in as I had an issue with my alarm and they were very quick to get someone out. 10/10 experience

We have been using Abel Alarms for several years now and always find their staff helpful.
We have recently been experiencing a few Fire Alarm issues in one of our warehouses and Dan Wood (Regional Manager) and Carl Bremner (Senior Engineer) have provided us excellent service to resolve these technical issues.
