Product good but delivery poor
Product seems fine but delivery service was poor. My parcel was left on front doorstep in pouring rain and no card was left to advise me of this. When we retrieved the package the cardboard packaging was soaking wet but lucky the product inside had a plastic coating on it which protected it otherwise the jigsaws would have been ruined.

Well packaged and good condition, delivery difficult.
Well packaged and dispatched quickly.
They use amazon for delivery which wouldn't have been an issue except the location of the package isn't made clear when "left with neighbour" and note washed out with rain!

Excellent items and speedy delivery
I bought Melissa and Doug items for my three year old grandson. The items are of excellent quality with good bold colours. Delivery was free and I was very pleasantly surprised when one item was delivered the very next morning, to be followed by another delivery the very next day to complete the order. I have added this company to my preferred supplier list. To sum up, good website, good products, good service.
