Scam company.
Sends broken PCB boards then required you to ship them back to China for a refund.
Shipping back to China is more expensive than the PCB costs.
So they get to keep sending broken parts across the US and it’s not worth fighting about it.
Do yourself a favor and buy from the US and stay away from ABCtay.com
Did an online purchase
Sony power supply unit and i didn't get a confirmation of purchase . When i made inquiries with them they did say they didn't get payment
from me and i lost my money their site access is limited you cant lodge a complaint it doesn't go on the site its a SCAM all this happened on 10 june 2022
These guys have a box of broken tv parts that you can buy. When you complain the part doesn't work, they ask to send it back which they then stop responding to emails. Not to be trusted.
Do not purchase from this company. They send faulty parts. When you send them back you don't get a refund. Worst type of people that can't be trusted.
Avoid doing business with this company, the negative reviews are correct. I received a broken (board cracked in two places) TV power supply board. I requested and was charged for expedited shipping but the part was sent via the slowest method possible. Upon reporting the damaged part, Abctay.com requested that I send the part back at my expense before I would receive a refund. My cost for returning the item to China would've been double what I paid for part + S&H. I believe they are scamming people who don't know how China works. I'd recommend spending more to buy from a reputable US parts source. Avoid Abctay.com at all costs.
Bought a TV powerboard at a good price. Unfortunately it looked like it had been sent through a trash compactor, with all sorts of visibly damaged components. Luckily, most of the damage was superficial, so I still used the board. Customer service on the other hand, was not helpful in resolving the fact that the board had bent pins, broken clips, and other issues that could result in a future failure - simply offering that I return it at my expense. I wouldn't sell a board in the condition this one was in in the first place, and therefore, will never buy from them again - as I have no confidence in their quality.
We provide various types of TV accessories, quality assurance, low price, we have a sound return Policy .We have already provided TV parts for 1 million users. Please feel free to purchase.
Parts sent broken, they do not give money back even after sent parts back.
Do not recommend, bad customer service on warranty.
