We were unsuccessful with 3 attempts, over nearly 4 months, to have these documents served by a Sheriff (outside of our state.) We even had to reschedule the court date twice because of service issues... See more

They were quick received and served right away. Didn’t wait days or weeks. Too quick. I will use them again. And let anyone that needs their services know how good you are. Thank you. Straight from Baltimore Maryland had papers served in Charlotte, North Carolina. Job well done. Certified.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and expediency of the entire process. We have never needed this type of service before, so I didn't know what to expect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Prompt service; timely service; response immediately after our request; and full disclosure.

This was my first time using a process server. It was a great experience. Constable was unsuccessful in serving the defendant and they stuck to it until the job was complete. The defendant lived in a gated community. Kudos to Ruth Obasi in getting this take done. I will definitely be using this service again for our company. They keep you informed on everything that is going on. I highly recommend them.

ABC Legal provides a great utility for foreign filers. Having a 100% online platform for service of process is much easier than contacting a local constable.

Horrible. See the lady named "Cat" on your staff. I have told her all the mistakes. And they have not been corrected immediately.

Very easy to use. The follow through follow up and correspondence was very professional.

I ordered 3 process services. The first rush had to be refilled twice. Used state when was federal and then didn’t have all exhibits listed.
The third forgot to sign it.
But in the end mission accomplishment on all three.

The Server did not have any idea that signatures and correct date needed to be filled in on 60 day notice to vacate. I had to help him. He said company nor himself served these kind of documents before.

My name is Ms. Bonet; I paid $76 dollars on 05/05/26 to have ABC Legal Services to serve my court documents. The court documents were served in few days. Afterwards ABC Legal Services was supposed to provide me with a correct Proof of Service document so I can take the proof of service to court and file the document with the civil court. Unfortunately, that is not what happened the proof of service had several errors on it, the wrong name for me. the wrong home address the wrong cell phone number for me. No court name on the section for name and address of the court no address for the court. There were approximately seven errors. Today is June 11, 2026 I am passed the due date for this document to be turned in. I have never received a correct document. Therefore rightfully so I should receive my money back. I will never use this company again the supervisors ignored my daily calls asking for correction of my proof of service. from 05/05/26 through 06/11/26, I still have not received a corrected proof of service, I have reported this company to the better business bureau, the California State Office of the Attorney General and State of Washington Attorney General.

Lack of professionalism. Repeated "attempts" to serve papers on the weekend when they knew business was closed. Poor organization and communication.

ABC Legal is by far the worst process server I’ve ever used. It’s been over a month and zero attempts have been made to serve my documents. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all. I asked them to email me with an update since their website isn’t working and I can’t access the case details page. All the email said was that attempts will be made. I will never use this service again.

I submitted my forms as a procedural request, and asked to be contacted 1st, but they went ahead and served the party without filing. (Serving a lawsuit has no money when it isn't filed.). I submitted to the credit card company regarding the $78 charge, and asked for a partial refund. It went through, and I was refunded. About 2 weeks later (this is an update), ABCLegal appealed it, and they got refunded back. So, I paid them $78 where they didn't follow instructions, and served a lawsuit that wasn't filed. And no 1 still has yet contacted me back about filing.
Update: because I was never contacted back by them, I eventually hired another process server. When the new process server found out I was suing the FBI, and asked what address I was, I sent the usual Google address, and the new process server company said it is a non-deliverable address, that the FBI only receives lawsuits by certified mail.
I went back to my ABCLegal dashboard, where it shows all this "congratulations! You're all set!" But actually read the message to show delivery was denied. Which means, ABCLegal knew I requested to send to a non-deliverable address, but saw this as a money-grab anyways. The feedback also does not mention on the next step for delivery, the message said the only way to deliver was through e-mail, but doesn't say what the e-mail is, or if an attempt was made.
