Absolutely unacceptable – ruined part of my wedding
I was only told an hour before pickup that they couldn’t provide the car I booked. As the bride, I had to be driven to my own wedding in a dirty old Ford—completely humiliating and stressful.
The only alternative offered was a tacky Lamborghini, which was nowhere near the sophisticated classic Porsche Speedster I had reserved. This last-minute option was entirely inappropriate and ruined a key part of my day.
To make matters worse, when I emailed repeatedly about the distress this caused, they simply ignored me. Multiple attempts, no response—completely unprofessional.
I would strongly advise against using this service if you want reliability, professionalism, or respect on your wedding day.

It’s a shame you have not left a true feedback for the reason of what happened on your wedding day.
The day before the event I contacted Luke (your partner) informed him there is a leak on the sump and a puddle of oil underneath the vehicle (the Porsche required a new gasket) which is not something that can not be purchased on shelf.
I then told Luke I can send the 2021 plate (modern) Lamborghini Hurricane as a replacement with no additional charges, Luke agreed and the following morning (wedding day) the Lamborghini left the base on route to collect you from the pick up address.
At 12pm (30min before the collection time) Luke messaged and cancelling the alternative car. I then refunded the total amount back to Luke and apologised for the inconvenience caused. Luke was a gentleman and understood that Classic cars can breakdown and accepted the full refund.
I have not received a single email from you please double check you have the correct email address.
