ABC along with Lansdown Financial are fraudulent companies who were under director Mark Rowe. Please keep away from. Mark Rowe under police investigation for his activities with monster rewards and also liquidated ABC LAWYERS/LEGAL. Mark Rowe the biggest timeshare fraudster. Believe me stay away from. Still director of the other colluding fraudster Lansdown Financial. Companies under police investigation but taking ages. Must be brought to justice for deliberate planned fraud. Have been done for over £10k. Has a habit of liquidating his companies when under suspicion and re,-,opening under new names, like following police investigation of Monster reopened as ABC legal. Then in conjunction with Lansdown planned a timeshare exit and claim scam for illegal sale being director of both. When the scam became apparent he paid Quantuma £10k for liquidation while at the same time was under police investigation of Monster Rewards and related companies. He is still an active director of Lansdown and other companies both home and abroad I believe but up to now have been unable to recover my money due cheque payment. As a creditor with Quantuma am informed have no money available to refund saying looking into and Devon and Somerset police looking into M Rowe's fraudulent activities. This has been going on for a number of years but as far as I know has not been brought to justice still operating as director of Lansdown and others. His company is refusing to pay back my money. This has been referred to the Financial Ombudsman and Liquidator Quantum say they are as well. This is a travesty of justice and Mark Rowe seems to be getting away with it. I have submitted cast iron evidence to various bodies on the matter but up to now have recovered not a penny. Please be wary of involvement with any company associated with this man. Am surprised Mellor Solicitor's are having anything to do with him. I would have liked to submit an individual review on Lansdown but their site address is no longer active. The company is Lansdown Financial Ltd registration number 09742346 not to be confused with other companies of similar name.
Summary to date:
Only beneficiaries so far are Quantuma receiving £10k for the liquidation and Mark Rowe who as far is known has not yet been prosecuted and still director of Lansdown Financial Ltd and other companies. Am informed the legal bodies involved, including Insolvency have all the evidence but am amazed that, to date after considerable time, the situation remains the same.
Please, please do not give this company any money, or give to any companies connected with them. They have stolen thousands from my parents, claiming to be able to release them from a timeshare contract and get them compensation.
Scam. Avoid. My grandparents were taken for £3k on bogus timeshare cancellation scam.
