Quick delivery and the delivery driver was really kind and polite. They give you a message of a date and time for delivery which you accept or you can rearrange to suit you. My sofas are absolutely amazing and super comfy, I think this is now my 3rd sofa from Abakus Direct.

Sofa was ordered with a delivery time of 4-12 days 3 weeks later still no sofa
Rang to be told that it was still in the process of being made and to allow another 10 days at least
Very disappointed as I have friends arriving to stay in two weeks

Arrived ripped underneath and a leg…
Arrived ripped underneath and a leg couldn’t be bolted on properly as the hole provided wasn’t aligned properly. Wouldn’t offer compensation/discount only replacement item which would take ages to deliver after already waiting so long. Extremely poor quality for something that’s cost so much. Wouldn’t deal with this company again!
