Paid for premium, got nothing
I had problems with my payment process. The charge was made to my card and I have a receipt confirming the payment. However, the platform never granted me access to the premium content. I thought it might be an error, so I tried to contact the company through all available channels, but I never received any response. Several days have passed, and I have neither received a refund nor been given the premium access that I was charged for.

As our support team has already explained to you, we carefully reviewed your case and the payment appears as cancelled in our system. For this reason, the Premium access could not be activated, and no successful charge was completed on our end.
We also provided you with our internal payment confirmation so you can verify this information directly with your bank or card issuer, as the cancellation originated outside our platform. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control, and we cannot activate Premium access or issue a refund for a payment that was not successfully processed.
We recommend contacting your bank for further clarification.

I can’t cancel my subscription
My subscription was renewed for another year, despite my previous subscription still being active. Furthermore, this renewal occurred without any prior notification. I have sent three cancellation requests, none of which have received a response. Additionally, the email address provided for exercising the right of withdrawal either does not exist or is not functional. This situation is not only shameful but also goes against Spanish law. I wish to emphasize that I am well within the legal timeframe to cancel my subscription and request a refund. I kindly request that this matter be resolved promptly and that my communications are not ignored.
By the way, I also wrote to the support email you provide here and I so far nobody has responded back yet.
