I was a little shocked when I read the previous reviews here. Of course, I don't know what all the employees are like, but Monika was incredibly wonderful, friendly, and very quick. She helped me 100%, and that's something you rarely experience these days. I hope she gets a raise from her boss. <3

We bought our first Carbonator 3 some years ago. We chose Aarke for its beautiful design. It worked very well, but about six months ago it suddenly started leaking gas. I was able to temporarily fix the issue by replacing the pakking, but after approximately three months the problem returned—this time with a much more severe leak. I was disappointed because I had hoped the machine would take longer.
Before deciding to buy a new machine, I contacted Aarke to ask whether it could be repaired. Their customer service was excellent. I received a response immediately. After several email exchanges, it became clear that the machine couldn’t be repaired. To my surprise, Aarke offered me a 50% discount on a new Carbonator. I hadn’t expected that at all, and I was genuinely pleased. I had forgotten that I was disappointed when my machine broke down :-).
I ordered the new machine right away and received it just a few days later. Overall, excellent customer service from Aarke, impressively fast delivery, good machine with a beautiful design.

I found the customer service team very nice, efficient and professional. They provided all the technical and analytical information straight away. The results are very convincing, with the filtration of tested heavy metals (lead and copper) remaining efficient throughout the granules' entire 120-litre lifecycle.
The purifier's design, made from glass and metal, is also great and it avoids plastic parts.

We have an Aarke kettle, and it's beautiful, big, pours easily, and can be set to different temperatures, which is great for making specialist tea like matcha. After just over a year, though, we experienced some problems getting it to boil - either it would switch on without much persuasion, or it would just stop. As it was still within its 2 year warranty I reached out to customer services, who initially referred me to the retailer, Selfridges, who were spectacularly unhelpful so for a while there I thought I might never get a cup of tea again but actually customer services stepped back in, organised it so DHL could pick up the faulty model and have since received it and sent me codes to order a new one FoC from the website. So far so good! Hopefully, the new one will be here soon, and it will work FOREVER.

The customer service was excellent I had misplaced the drip tray while unpacking . I reached out to customer service and within short time had a reply email. I send them the packing slip and in minutes received notification of a replacement at no charge ! Everyone I deal with at Aarke , in UK in Australia and independent representative was amazing . Everyone tried to help and directed me where to go.

I dropped the glass lid of my coffee grinder - entirely my own fault. Aarke offered to send me a new one free of charge - I find that very generous. The grinder itself works great.

I absolutely love my Aarke stainless steel kettle not only in terms of stylish design but also functionality - it’s the only kettle I found with 💯 stainless steel filter inside the spout with no plastic! I looked at loads of kettles and this is the only plastic free I could find. It’s easy to fill and I love the gage that shows you how hot the water is - could save reboiling as it’s double insulated. It’s definitely worth the price and if you buy directly from Aarke they can have some good offers.

Aarke’s customer service is brilliant. They respond quickly and always try to go the extra mile. To me this is key for a succesful business online. Too many suppliers don’t communicate at all.

We’ve been using our Aarke Carbonator Pro for about 2.5 years and have been very happy with it overall – both in terms of build quality and everyday use. Unfortunately, the bayonet lock broke after this time. However, we were truly impressed by the customer service: the exchange process was incredibly smooth, and we received a completely new device without even needing to return the old one. That’s outstanding!
One minor drawback for us is the limited ability to thoroughly clean the device. Over time, this can lead to limescale buildup, which may block the mechanism – likely the reason for our issue.
All in all, it’s a great product with excellent service. We’re giving it 4 out of 5 stars.

We have the beautiful kettle. After 3 years it developed an issue. Customer service was great. They sent me a new one, even though I didn't have a receipt (they just asked for the serial number).

I made a video on my broken carbonator and send it too Aarke support. The day after I got a email from them, they said after seeing the video they would send my a new one. That’s what I called Good Will and great support!
