After 1 month without taking taxi i need once again this miserable service, I got 3 ready fix (click floor) and my bike.(I have talk with the company about the bike, and it comes this old non danish man (and I write this cause with frecuently this kind of drivers with differen Culture than danish don’t respect woman at all). he had his belongings in the car and like my things didn’t fit he just dediced to take my stuff he try to put in. and put it out from the car, in the most offensive way he could do it ! And when I call the company and say you don’t pay for this service. the operator have told me you’re not a costumer until you have paid, and again he’s wrong cause I’m a regular costumer and this is not ok!!!!

Da du bestilte den første taxa, fortalte du, at du skulle have en cykel med. Men det stod ikke klart for os, at du også skulle have tre pakker trægulv med i taxaen. Derfor er den første bil for lille.
Selvfølgelig skulle chaufføren have ringet efter en større vogn til dig i stedet for at køre sin vej. Og selvfølgelig skal han snakke pænt til dig. Det har vi talt med ham om.
Alle vores chauffører ved, hvor vigtigt det er at yde den bedste service til kunderne. Det er jo kunderne, vi lever af.
Da du ringer igen, og vi bliver klar over, at du skal have trægulv med hjem, sender vi en vogn, der kan medbringe alle dine ting.
Hvis du bestiller en taxa en anden gang, er du så ikke sød at fortælle os, hvis du skal have store eller tunge ting med? På den måde kan vi sørge for at sende en taxa, der passer til dit behov.

To whom it may concern,
I want to launch a complaint against a Taxa driver with the car registration AM 99052.
I had a terrifying experience in the car with this driver of Somali descent on Monday night around 2.51 AM.
It was at around 2.25 am when my friend and I left Cafe Under Masken and proceeded to look for a taxi when we found one outside Hotel Royal.
We got into the taxi, and I told the driver my address in Hasle -Rydevænget. He replied that he knew the area and said to me that I should show him my exact address when we arrived in Hasle. I asked him why he wasn't entering the address into the GPS, like regular TAXA drivers, and he said that he didn't need to do it.
I felt uneasy but didn't think much about his response. My friend and I continued to chat inside the taxi, and the driver would join in our conversation because he knew a bit of English.
He continued to drive down past Brunns Galeri and the train station onto Værmestergade. I got concerned because this isn't the usual route that drivers use towards Hasle, but then I thought he would turn right onto Vestre Ringgade and continue towards Viborgvej where he would turn into Herredsvej and reach my destination. Unfortunately, this was already a longer route than I have ever used with any Taxi driver, and I was getting annoyed because it would cost me extra time and money.
I asked him why he turned left on Vestre Ringgade instead of turning right, and he said that I said that I was going to Hasselager. His reply caught me by surprise. I had told him that I was going to Hasle - Rydevænget and that he is why I had asked him earlier on why he wasn't entering my address in the car's GPS.
He got furious at me and started to shout that I need to learn how to pronounce Danish correctly. I had used TAXA many times before and never had any problem with a taxi driver understanding my Danish accent. He continued to berate me while speaking very loudly and getting more and angrier.
I told him that his attitude was very unprofessional and it wasn't right for him to shout at me because I was indeed just a customer and he was wrong not to enter my address in the GPS if he misunderstood it anyway.
He turned off the camera in the car and took away his license so that I couldn't write down his name because I felt terrified and wanted to report him to Aarhus Taxa.
He called his friend, and they started speaking Somalian, all this time he was shouting at me, asking that I pay him and get out of his car. I had no problem paying the 215kr, but I wanted him to understand that shouting at me was not ok. I called my husband to let him know that I felt and unsafe because the taxi driver was very aggressive and I was afraid that he was about to hit me.
I have never been more scared for my life at the hands of a taxi driver, but this man made me feel very scared of his anger and very harsh words. I told him that I would write a complaint to Aarhus TAXA, and he told me to go ahead - he didn't care.
Please let this Taxi driver know that what he did was very wrong and very unprofessional. I am now very wary of getting into an Aarhus TAXA.
