Deliver was very fast, communication excellent. Cabinets are much nicer than I expected. Beautiful finish on them and incredibly easy to assemble. Will recommend your company to others.

The quality of the vanity is poor. The venere is very thin and does not hold up

The product was described accurately and received promptly.

We have learned a lesson buying online. We really liked the look of the vanity, the glass top and mirror. We wanted to update our guest bathroom.

The vanity was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. When we took it out of the box and looked at what we had purchased, we quickly realized there we’re going to be issues with the functionality of the vanity.

First, the bottom of the drawer basically sits on the floor. There are tiny little pads on the bottom of the cabinet that lift the bottom of the cabinet, at the most a 1/4”. When the drawer is opened, the drawer drags on the floor. When I emailed the company to complain about the problem, they claimed my floor wasn’t level. Our floor is level! That is not the problem. When the drawer is pulled out, the weight of the empty drawer and the drawer track drops the drawer down and rubs the floor. We emailed the company 1/2 dozen times and finally they said that that the design of the cabinet. Poor design! They did offer to send a replacement drawer to try to pacify me. I said OK and the promptly sent out another one. Same problem!!

From the get go, we knew we were taking a chance when the company charges a 25% restocking and and the customer has to pay for the shipping.

But this isn’t the end of the story. The way the vanity is designed, the cabinet cannot be placed against a wall, because the drawer is flush with the outside cabinet panel. When you open the drawer, the drawer scrapes against the wall. It needs a filler strip.

Another problem, the hardware, the handles for the drawer and doors are the cheapest looking, poorly made as possible. They sent a replacement set out. Looked the same as the first set.

So what did we do? We were out $500+. Sending it back probably would have cost us $200+ What I decided to do was make a kick plate with the drawer that they sent. One thing I found out was the cabinet doesn’t have a once of wood in it. All foam! It looks good, but I don’t know how long it will last. If you have kids, watch out! I’m fortunate to have some carpentry experience and have the proper tools to get the job done.

Overall my experience was very good am satisfied with the product and service, wasn’t expecting much because it’s online I ordered my cabinets, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong product I call and right away the person I spoken send my call over to tanya she was very nice and explain how and how much to return the product.
