Serious Safety Hazard & Property Damage – Total Lack of Response

I am writing this as a last resort. I am a homeowner on Beechwood Avenue, Sunbury, and for months I have been trying to get A2 Dominion to address three severely neglected trees on their land. Despite numerous phone calls and empty promises that someone would contact me, I have been completely ignored.
This negligence is now causing serious issues:
Property Damage: One tree is overhanging my conservatory, causing significant damage and leaks to the roof. As a homeowner who has invested heavily in my property, seeing it become damp and damaged due to your neglect is devastating.
Child Safety: Most distressingly, I am now afraid to let my children play in our own garden. With the recent storms and the size of the branches falling, it is simply too dangerous for them to be outside if there is any wind at all. No parent should feel their garden is a "no-go zone" because a professional association refuses to maintain their trees.
Public Risk: The trees sit over a busy public walkway. Large branches are falling frequently; it is a matter of "when," not "if," someone gets seriously injured.
ToA2 Dominion I am not one of your tenants, but you have a legal duty of care to ensure your trees do not damage neighboring property or endanger lives. Your silence is a total abdication of responsibility. I expect an immediate response and a date for the tree surgery to commence.

Failure under Section 22 to provide invoices to service charges

my frustration with your failure to address my complaints adequately. Each time I raise a complaint, you dismiss it by responding, "we are closing your complaint as an expression of dissatisfaction." Under Section 22 of the Landlord and Tenant Act, you are obligated to provide copies of the invoices, which you have failed to do.

You present exorbitant figures, such as over £11,000 a year for lighting the communal areas of a block of 24 flats, where the lights only come on when we walk underneath them, and only two safety lights are on in the evenings. Additionally, you impose excessive fire safety charges without explaining the costs of repairs, and then demand payment.

You treat us as cash cows, and whenever we raise genuine complaints, you dismiss them and attempt to scare people away. One day, I will have my day in court with this company.

Incompetent and worse housing company, avoid them.

We moved into this property last year January. Since we moved in, we had many issues such as leak and mould. We have complained numerous times but A2Dominion doesn’t seem to take our complaints seriously. The staff are rude and incompetent, when challenged they accuse you of being rude and aggressive. Today, I reported again a leak that they trying to fix for the last 2 weeks and when I reported to them again that the leak is still there, he told me to contain it with a buck! When I asked him who lives like that, he called me rude and hung up on me. They have no respect for their tenants, do not care about the health impact of mould and dumb.

Avoid at all costs

I agree 100% with the previous review
I very rarely leave reviews and even less negative ones but I felt it my duty to warn others of this company. I moved into one of their properties and there were leaks in 3 separate parts of the home due to their negligence. Due to these leaks, our home became infested with filter flies, and were made to live with this pest for months, which can also spread diseases. It took them 10 MONTHS to resolve their leak issues only for us to then find another leak, we are 2 months since raising this issue and they still haven't resolved this issue. I have never in my life had to deal with a company like this. For your own benefit AVOID this company.

Do not trust them

They build poor quality houses and don’t come and fix their snags/defects and con you. We have been here for only a month.
They have left us with lots of problems which they won’t fix after spending a lot of money with them. We are devastated by it all. Been left with chunks out of the floor, cracked sinks, black marks over wall, scratches and scuffed kitchen, handprints from builder, defected tiles, grout missing and the list goes on.
The quality of the house is shocking and just disgusting and then send in their team who end up causing more problems.
