Not worth the risk

Not worth the risk. I ordered an A16 iPad which seemed to be a good price, and although I’d never heard of this company I thought it would be OK as the reviews were reasonable. The device was delivered in good time but with a US charger and a dodgy looking adapter. Why would a UK company think this was acceptable to send this to a UK customer? Customer service has been slow and despite their AI bot reassuring me that all would be sorted, it still hasn’t been. They offered me a derisory £5 to buy my own charger which is obviously not enough to buy the genuine article. All I want is for them to send me the correct charger as advertised. I’m pretty sure this breaking consumer law. I haven’t received any refund or a charger. It honestly isn’t worth the hassle dealing with them

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and please accept our sincere apologies for the trouble you've had. Receiving a US charger rather than the correct UK adapter is understandably frustrating, and it's not the experience we want for our customers.

To be transparent, our items are sourced internationally, which allows us to offer competitive pricing — however, every order should include a UK 3-pin plug adapter so that you can use your device right away. We're very sorry this wasn't provided in your case, and we'd like to put it right for you properly. For your added peace of mind, every item purchased from us also comes with a 12-month warranty.

We're also sorry that our customer service has felt slow and that the matter still hasn't been resolved. If you haven't yet been assisted, please give us a call during our business hours, 9am–5pm Monday to Friday, and a member of our team will be able to help you directly.

Dubious quality, and doubtful new products..

This company is selling grey imported gear. The IPHONE I bought was not in packaging that looked new. Came from India, and as such manufacturers warranties could be compromised. I do not believe they have a UK manned office, and customer service responses are via Ai.
I do not recommend buying from them, the draw is the price, but if you are spending several hundred pounds on a product I would buy from a supplier that gives much more confidence and a proper customer service experience. Please look elsewhere is my advice.
