Discovered A1 Tech Deals whilst searching for a new smartphone.
Their prices are excellent and I ordered a Samsung A26 5G which was an open box option and a Grey import.
Order was very smooth, great email confirmation and update regarding delivery. Fast delivery, arrived within a couple of days and well packaged. Phone is excellent and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Thank you

Update - Received a phone call from customer service after this review was posted. I was offered £10 store credit to remove or update this post, then told to contact an agent called Kenji, I have the email that was sent after the phone call, Makes you question the legitimacy of the companies reviews.
Ordered a Logitech G502 light speed wireless mouse. Unfortunately I got sent a wired version instead, a cheaper product that is no use to my circumstances.
Delivery was fast using royal mail 48 tracked delivery, absolutely no complaints with this aspect.
The product I did receive didn't have any of the normal factory sealing stickers on the outer packaging, which makes me lean towards believing this product isn't brand new. I've bought many Logitech products in the past and something about this packaging feels off. I've contacted customer services and been told the product I bought is no longer in stock. So I have to return the item for a refund which I guess is something. I don't have to pay return postage. But when you purchase a product and end up with nothing but time wasted it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. first time customer and likely last. Overall disappointing experience. Will stick with reputable outlets in the future

Wrong Product and Late!

Order a Samsung tablet (a birthday gift for my wife) and specifically checked that the quoted product code was the EU/UK version. Also paid extra for expedited delivery. Not only was the product delivered late (not shipped until the day it should have arrived!) they sent a 'grey import'! This won't be covered by the manufacturer UK waranty or get the UK software updates. There was no acknowledgement of the late delivery or refund offered for the delivery charge. I now have work through a convoluted returns process the day before going on holiday when I really need to be packing. This means the product cannot be physically returned for another 2 weeks and then we have to wait for A1 to provide a replacement. Not the birthday surprise I had planned. Shockingly shoddy service. At least I know not to purchase from A1 again.

The units are genuine Samsung products that work fully on UK networks and receive Samsung software updates, so they perform as you'd expect day to day. That said, we understand this isn't what you were expecting, and we also let you down on the dispatch timing having paid for expedited delivery. You were right to raise it, and we're sorry.
I'm pleased to confirm that we have accepted your return request, and a prepaid return label has been emailed to you — so there is nothing further to pay to send the item back. Once it's in transit to us, we'll arrange your replacement as a priority.
