Customes charges & incorrect items sent
Items ordered via the UK website, items are shipped and then get stopped at customs, seems like there was a few to pay, despite ordering on a UK site and no mention anywhere during the ordering process of customs fee. Frustrated i paid as it was a gift.
Item then arrives and is the wrong colour, now normally we can make do with these things, but it was a specific colour for someone with autism, and in this instance, it was a big deal
Had many back and forth emails, with the responses all in German so needed to use Google translate to even see what they were saying. Many promises.ade and jone of them actually been carried through, so here I am along with it seems everyone else, saying avoid this company.
Update as of 27/01/2026, having just had a reply as you can see at the bottom of my review, clearly they don't read their own emails nor have any intent of actually resolving anything, let's be real there is nothing more behind it other than brand recovery.
1) If you email them - expect the run-around, they clearly have no desire to actually reply to you. Emails are 'conveniently' forgotten and you start the same cycle over and over, "please help us make this right, discount, blah, blah, blah" I've lost count of the amount of times I've replied and I get back some generic response.
2) Don't believe any commitments they make, on three different occasions I've had a commitment for a refund and I've now lost all hope that this will actually happen.
3) If for some unknown reason you are hell bent on purchasing from them, make sure it's with a card provider that will facilitate a charge back, you are going to need it. This is where I'm at now.

This is an excellent piece of kit
This is an excellent piece of kit which I now take everywhere I go. It is lightweight and so easy to use, no wires or plugs to take on the train or in my bag, simply attach it to my phone anywhere. I love the handy readout of battery charge left. The only minor point is that the coloured side is showing some signs of wear with scratches from being in my bag. It doesn't affect the usage though.

Very neat and handy to carry around
I think I’ve put a rating up for this before but I like my battery pack. It does get a bit hot if you try to totally charge your phone from near empty but overall it is great. Small enough for jeans pocket or jacket picket. I bought one for my brother too and have heard no complaints from him.

Drains very fast.
Delivery took a long time. But, quality product. ALthough it drains very quickly, it charges quickly too.
The free extra powerbank is useless as there is no indcation to show how much power is left in it.

Poor charge volume and retention…
The offer seemed great at first based on my signing up to buy multiple items and saving money.
The shipment label didn’t break the items down and I was ordered to pay income tax in order to have the item delivered to me from customs.
The items themselves are well made but the battery life and the charge are very poor.
I charged one fully and left it in my bag for a few days expecting it to hold the charge.
I went back to it before a journey and it was dead with zero battery life left.
