I joined in June of this year. I love how MIT breaks down the course for you to understand in the modules. I also like how Colleen and Lacedrick. I hope I am spelling his name right teaches the 9 to 5 Masterclasses they are very informative and down to earth. Trust me I am still learning the course. But the money spent on the course is well worth it. It's just a course of knowledge and expertise. I know I look forward to learning more and closing my first deal soon.

Mits course is one of the best literally the BEST!

I like the fact that you have modules you can learn from. I don’t like the modules don’t give enough detail information and he explains the teachings very fast. I don’t like that you have to pay for a 6 months subscription and NO ONE is able to help you personally you have to keep emailing some Ronda person and I don’t think she’s efficient. I don’t like it and I feel like I wasted my money with no hands on guidance

The 9to5 Flipping Houses community has been a blessing thus far! I got started about 2 weeks ago & excited to embark on my RE journey. I was able to connect with MIT 1 on 1 & also starting to meet & get familiar with other team members. We just wrapped up the 9to5 Flipping Houses Masterclass this past week with instructor Coach Colleen G. I really appreciate her delivery & HOW she teaches the course, lots of information to soak in (I mean lots) but she makes it easier to understand the steps to be successful in this industry. I’m inspired by MIT & Colleen, pouring/paying it forward to their communities, teaching the ins & outs of this business in a very detailed manner & providing tools that will assist on my journey. RE has been on my heart for a VERY long time & something told me to pull the trigger, happy that I decided to move forward with Mit Smith course & community versus anyone else. Grateful to be a mentee & ready to continue to learn from the best! Thank you to EACH of you for the push, support, inspiration & resources & helping ppl change their lives.

Mit and his team are just what I needed to start my wholesale journey. Very knowledgeable and informative , they’re welcoming and it makes me feel like family. With some knowledge I already had in wholesale. I needed a driver/ mentor to guide , motivate me to develop more skill, and reach new levels! So I made and choice and I love it here.

Mits course helped me flip my first contract back in 2020 making $3500 and I now own 4 properties because of the knowledge I’ve retained from his course, the community and my efforts in taking action. 9to5 has been the best program and most affordable that I've experienced (and I've tried quite a few of them). Mit's style of teaching is fantastic, and he keeps it 💯, he does not sugarcoat it, he tells you like it really is. I would and I do strongly recommend this program for someone who is trying to get into Real Estate.

This community is by far one of best communities around. I’ve made so many positive relationships and changed my life financially just by following Mits guidance. If you want to get into real estate you need to join.
