Firstly, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. We have investigated the ticket #604155 placed by you. We found out that you contacted us mentioning the issue and directly asked for an upgrade to which our team was assisting you with. Our team firstly checked and resolved the concern with the RDP and asked you to check back and then they guided you with the link to the plan as per your requirement and informed you regarding locations available for it, but you never responded back to complete the discussion and upgrade.
Appalling Support + Scam
Used for months, support has always been trash, but this time it’s reached another level of trash.
I paid for my monthly rdp, and on their system it didnt register, i showed them proof of the transaction 3 times, via email, via trust wallet and via blockchain, and they still restrict me and suspend me, costing me money as i have a business to run.
Then one idiot called gaurav messages me saying its unpaid, when i clearly shown proof of paying, basically scammed me out of $16 which is pathetic and lost a long term customer thats paid on time!

Sir, We have gone through the whole incident. Firstly, You haven't been scammed, we never do or support such things. As I can check, your concern was resolved already and you are using the service right now as well. The executive was right with his response, Your invoice was unpaid as you paid the wrong invoice due to which the service got suspended as well. At last, Team checked your transaction thoroughly and tracked the transaction on the wrong invoice and rectified it and re-enabled the service.

2nd experience: ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!
This company is a complete scam, no doubt about it. They claim to offer residential RDP services, but it's all a lie. Despite promising 'residential', 'clean', 'Windows 10' RDP, what they actually provide doesn't match any of those claims. They confessed to using cheap datacenter proxies and passing them off as residential RDPs. It's a blatant deception.
From day one, they've been giving me the wrong services and then pressuring me to upgrade my package to get what I originally paid for. Why should I pay twice for what I've already paid for? Even my second order ended up being the same cheap datacenter proxy IP disguised as a residential package. It's unbelievable how they're still in business.
They even have a clone website, amazingrdp.com, doing the same thing to people. I never get a refund eventually, and they refused it everytime, claiming they have no refund policy. What a joke! They promise refunds before you order, but when it comes to actually getting one, they're nowhere to be found. This website is nothing but a trap. Don't waste your money here.

After going through your review which you have placed now two months after the expiry of your subscribed plan, we have investigated the concern and feedback you have specified thoroughly.
We found, At the time of your first purchase, you have been clearly informed that the plan you have subscribed comes with proxy setup and location is allocated randomly(means no option to choose) and after your confirmation only your order had been processed. You can check the Ticket ##048759 to verify this. Apart from this, you can check the plan specification as well of Residential RDP #1 on the website, There it has been written that it comes with 2 IPs, one is Dedicated IP and one is Residential IP and ISP will be Verizon. In proxy setup plans, Residential IP is configured inside the Dedicated IP VPS.
You were again and again checking the Dedicated IP of the VPS and placing false claims and blames . Our Dedicated team tried again and again to clarify you and provided multiple screenshots of the different websites on which the Residential IP is auto-detected and results clearly states that the RDP is very well configured and working appropriately showing the Verizon ISP and Residential IP. You can check Ticket #264732 regarding this.
Now, About the refund policy, You can go through the refund policy on the website. It clearly states as due to nature of the service and as we provide fresh and new IP in our Residential service, there is no refund for it. I hope you must have gone through it at the time of purchase.
And as you are making excuses of proxy setup, Your were asking and demanding for Non-proxy Residential Service by subscribing for a proxy setup service, which was not possible as there is difference in price and specifications of both type of service, so our team just suggested and guided to Real IP connection(No proxy) Residential plans by proving you the link to the plan page. Our team never forced or pressurized you.
Our Dedicated team has provided you with apt service and support throughout your subscription. We would request you to not make false claims and blames 2 months after the end of your service just to defame us.

Sir, You have purchased a Private plan with Datacenter ISP and windows OS and you have been delivered with same specs as mentioned. It would definitely not be Residential ISP and Linux OS as you haven't purchased these specs.
