We purchased a mountain bike for our 14 year old son in 2020. He only used it for mountain biking twice and he has barely used it. However we have had to repair the chain and wheels because it got bend twice. The wheel wasnt bent because of mountain biking but doing a little burn out on grass. Last month we got the wheel replaced because it was bent again. They advised us that the wheel (one wheel) isn't the strongest and also recommended replacing the chain. I have to stress this bike was $1100 which isnt cheap for a 14 year old child- and being a mountain bike you have an expectation that what they sell is safe for the child to do what it is specified to do. A little grass burn out should not bend a wheel and the cahin should be cheap. If he did more mountain biking what could have happened to our son? Dont sell a bike and then to keep the price down by adding cheap parts - or advise that its cheap parts. I am stunned that this business could have played with my sons safety. We could ahve bought a bike for the fraction of the cost and it would have been a tank. One expects mountain bikes to be strong and durable not flimsy. The new wheel and chain cost another $500. We did conact the business directly but there was no care and no response. Why bother with purchasing from a bike shop??? They were not very friendly either and rather annoyed with us questioning why cheap wheels and chain were sold initially. Wouldnt buy from them again.

Extremely rude & pour sale's skills & no manners. Refused to serve us because we weren't possibly looking to make a purchase that day. Manager was even worse, rather than apologize & say give me a moment & I'll assist you just after I finish with these customers, he goes and tells us to leave the store as I was rude to his staff that was extremely rude by walking off because we may not have bought right there on the spot. They have just lost 4 people's sales that were there at the time, & we have told all our other cyclist friends how rude & they will never return. BAD MISTAKE BY THE MANAGER, NO MANAGERIAL SKILLS AT ALL.

Bought some clothes online to pickup but spoke to store first just in case I had to return some items due to sizing, which in the end I had too, but all went smoothly

Fantastic click and collect service. Placed the order, got notification about an hour later. At the store, the man behind counter immediately knew what my order was and gave it to me. In and out in about 30 seconds.

After being told my bike will be available at a certain time, and to expect a call...I waited..and waited..
I then went into store in Ashmore, the bike hadn't been ordered..I was offered another bike in return.
I insisted, I will stick with original order..within a few days, my bike turned up..technology error I would say..

Least friendly bike shop I’ve been to in recent years. Upon pick up of my bike I waited 5 minutes before receiving any level of service. That’s an unacceptable wait time in the customer service industry. It is common practice for customers to be acknowledged and greeted within a couple minutes of entering a shop, even at busy times. This does not mean to receive full service yet, just to be addressed and assured customer service is coming. Definitely had the feeling of being cattle pushed through a yard, instead of an enjoyable shopping experience.
This being said customer service on drop off was timely and friendly. Happy with technical servicing of bike.

I bought a Jet Black Trainer. The lovely gentleman who served me happily swapped out the 11 speed cassette for the 10 speed. This is great service as I didn't have the tools at home to do this.
This is my first smart trainer and I couldn't be happier.

Ordered my bike online click and collect. Got a text it was ready to pick up a couple of days later. I get to the store and see it’s no basket on the bike. I then bought one there in store so they could assemble it.
Later I find out through my ordering mail that I have already paid for a basket in my order. I contacted costumer service and nothing has happened. Paid twice for one basket.

Last 2 times given 99bikes longer time than 2 hours, was not contacted when ready but after a quick phone call directly all arranged to pick up straight away. I only live 10mins away from local store. Told under pressure because extremely busy, which I guess is understandable yet doesn't uphold statement of ready in 2 hours and contracted when ready. Otherwise, staff are pleasant, in stock range is good and prices and sales are extremely competitive. Would give 5 stars if the click and collect process was managed as they state on their website.
