We have listed our property under 99 acres and one of their customer care executives called us to buy their package. When we asked to provide at least one buyer's number before we decide she said, "it... See more

I listed 2 properties with 99acres in…
I listed 2 properties with 99acres in prime south bangalore. One is a commercial corner lot and second one is a high end builder apartment. The sales RM kept BS's he is doing screening and will have a close soon all nonsense when the listing expired I had one potential broker with whom I could talk but he did not have any serious buyer just window shoppers. Second one prime high end residential not even a single response was generated and RM could not course correct or share effort they have put in not even a snap shot of enquires and my owner portal access was not working - After the listing expiration the RM's manager was up selling to do something different if I renew again to be fooled for the second time. 99 acres is 100% fraud company no ownership accountability have hired all pimps to sell to unsuspecting home owners . I have full transcript of what's app and email messages seeking update and transparency with RM Rachit Kapoor and they could not get my online access in a month must have outsourced their IT to some other deadbeat country slower than molasses. I am happy to post my full details so 99acres will have to earn customer business not scam the customers talking up big digital marketing SEO all talk no outcome not even a single qualified lead in 100 days
Property sale service is rubbish. Opt for free one no difference
We opted for one of the plans offered by 99acres where tall claims were made about organising viewings and liaising with clients..we live overseas and thought that was a good option. Over the three month period all we had was one viewing from an absolute time waster who wasn't screened properly for affordability and made a substantially lower than market value offer as our property was not in his budget.
The person assigned Meenakshi was useless when it came to updating us. We never heard from her for weeks and the occasional call that came in was made with her fully aware of the time difference and never returned our calls or messages even within her work hours. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. As far as their paid services are concerned a sheer waste and we had better leads using other free platforms out there.
