Great mission: great products and lovely customer service
What I like about 900.care is their commitment to their values and mission. It is reflected in the products their develop and also the culture they live for customer service. When I've had some questions about the products they've been always available, kind and super helpful. That's not something to take for granted.
The products we use most at home are the toothpaste tablets, mouthwash, hand wash, gel douche, micellar water, stick deodorant, shampoo soap and dishwashing liquid.
We've tried the tablets for the roll-on deodorant and the tables for toothpaste cream, but we liked better the stick deo and toothpaste tablets 🦷 (some of my friends liked the roll-on and cream though)
I wish there were more scents, but the quality is not for discussion ✅

After being let down by my last toiletries supplier, I did some research and found 900.care – a French brand using refill pods with no added water. Loved the idea and decided to give it a shot.
Both my orders arrived really quickly (France to UK), especially the subscription one. The whole subscription process is super clear on the website too – no confusion at all.
I really like the shower gel – it’s thick, feels great on the skin, and doesn’t dry me out. The toothpaste and mouthwash tablets are also solid – easy to use and effective.
I had a question about my order and contacted customer service – they were quick to respond, polite, and actually helpful. Can’t fault them there.
Only thing I didn’t like was the solid deodorant. It’s too hard and the smell didn’t work for me. I’d try the roll-on, but it has bicarbonate soda and I’m sensitive to that, so can’t use it.
Still need to try their shampoo and dishwashing products, but overall I’m really happy with the experience so far.

Be extremely careful — charged without confirming my order
I had a very troubling experience with this company. I added products to my cart but never confirmed or completed the purchase. Despite this, they charged my card and created an order without any explicit consent from me.
When I contacted support, they admitted that their system can “trigger a new order” even if the customer doesn’t finalize it. This is not only unethical — it’s illegal under both EU law and French consumer protection rules. A purchase requires clear and explicit agreement. I was only offered a 30% refund for something I never agreed to purchase, which is completely unacceptable.
I’ve since filed a complaint with the DGCCRF (French consumer fraud authority) and the European Consumer Centre France. I also reported the incident to my bank.
This is not how a trustworthy company should operate. If you value transparency, consent, and your consumer rights — I recommend avoiding this business entirely.

These products definitely contributed in this improvement because they do not contain the harmful chemical of mainstream brands. I'm currently using the hand mousse and the shower gel, I must say that I'm totally satisfied with these products. The texture is great, very gentle on skin, plus it smell so good!
The subscription model is great, you can change it at any time according to your needs of stock. Few days before they ship the restock they text you to inform you about it, and its very clever, so that you can remember it and maybe postpone it if you don't need restock at that moment. In fact, they are very conscious about shipment impacts on the environment, and they try to unify all your restock in one shipping, to reduce the impact. I've been using these products for 6 months now, and i'm in love. I really recommend to give it a try, once you start, you cannot stop!!
