I have bought beads and charms from 8Seasons for several years. I had a nice tax return this year and bought several hundred dollars of beads, charms and chain from 8Seasons so I can start a small jewelry business. I was not disappointed in anything I purchased. The charms were well made, the beads and chain were as advertised. The only drawback buying from 8Seasons is the time it takes to get the merchandise since it is in China.

I love the many beautiful charms from 8 Seasons as well as beads, pendants, chains, etc! They are very good quality at a great price and the customer service is outstanding, always taking care of any issues I may have. I love that they ship from the U.S. now; my packages arrive so quickly!

I do a ton of crafting, and use many various pendants, and thousands of beads. I sell so much, that I'm continually buying. I use 8Seasons to purchase pendants and am happy with most that I receive. I incorporate your pendants into decorative hangings.. I however need large crystal beads..20 mm. And 22 mm size. In fact I need 14 mm size on up. I wish 8Seasons could get them for me. You lack size and color in crystal glass beads,, and wish you would sell them. Also your shipping along with your prices don't make you cheaper than any competitors, but your pendant selection is good. That's my opinion.

I have been purchasing from 8seasons for about a year now and I have always been satisfied with the products and service. I love this company and highly recommend!

I've purchased from 8 seasons for many years. Customer Service is good, they always resend if items are missing or lost so no issues there. My main issue is what they charge for their ( local cheap postage from UK warehouse) I don't actually believe they stock anything in the UK and local postage is double or treble what you would normally pay for the weights sent via Yodel or Royal Mail. They also charge more for what they call cheap local postage ( Yodel and Royal Mail )than they do for china post so I think is a bit of a scam maybe due to VAT? not sure. Whether you buy local or China post it does actually take the same length of time. Prices of products much more expensive than they used to be and when they have a sale you'll notice postage prices are increased, maybe to counter the cost of the product discounts. Its okay now for buying small packs but I no longer buy in bulk anymore because the prices are inflated too much. Bulk packs have doubled on some products.
I don't think they're a scam company as some have stated. They are genuine but just charging a little bit to much now unless of course you only want small packs.

The prices are pretty good, the service is excellent and I always love that orders are accurate and very very very seldom do I have issues on orders. And IF I do, they are always accommodating! Love dealing with 8 Seasons!

8 Seasons is a great place to order from. I give classes at the Senior Center and I try to keep prices low. With 8 Seasons help I have been able to keep prices the same for 4 years. Easy to order and great shipping.

I love 8Seasons. I have been a customer for about a year. I have never had any issue with anything that I have purchased. Things are shipped out pretty quickly and they keep me updated on my shipment. The quality has always be perfect. I use 8Seasons more than any of the other out of the country providers. Have never had to deal with customer service but fell confident they are just as good a customer service as everything else.

I'm a customer for almost 8 years now and I have to say - I have never been a consistent customer to any other online business for so long before. The reason is simple - 8seasons has a wide range of products that are ideal for my projects, plus they constantly get new exciting items and their customer service has always been exceptional over all those years. Whenever I had a minor inconvenience, I contacted them and the matter mostly gets resolved within a single day in a friendly and professional manner.
Also I love that as a customer I can pick the shipping method myself. So many websites will only go with one option and you have to accept it, but here I can choose whatever fits my schedule best.
