You WILL experience bad service-if not now, in the future for sure!
I can completely understand why a number of people have left very positive reviews about 888 reptiles. I have used the company for a number of years and always received satisfactory service-they weren't the quickest with delivery but everything was generally ok. That was until I encountered a small problem. I ordered a bulb for my viv which turned out to be faulty (we all know this can happen). So I called the company and was emailed a returns label for the bulb. I posted it back in AUGUST, it's now almost FEBRUARY...absolutely no sign of either a replacement bulb or my money! To make the situation worse, they no longer answer calls or emails (great customer service)! Having read other reviews this seems their standard approach whenever an issue is raised. Please avoid this company-there are so many more genuine businesses out there. (I use Northampton Reptile Centre now-fantastic!)
