Stay away! The site algorithms are complete junk. Most players are awful but get rewarded on improbabilities. Most hands are won on the river card. The 888 sports book is no better. Very minimal markets. In game options are very weak as well. I should state that my lifetime earnings on the 888 poker site is $33,000 but would likely be over 100 K if not for faulty/corrupt algorithms.

Probably a very similar issue to so many people, but I tried to withdraw, and low and behold, my account needs to be verified. I send the verification, and no contact for WEEKS. To just get the reason I couldn't withdraw took weeks. Currently still trying to get my withdrawal money and having to go through the reddit support to help, as the live chat is completely useless. I might add this is just for $200, so not a huge amount of money they are willing to scam.

Withdraw oroblem
I have been trying to withdraw R$90.00 (Brazilian reais) from my 888poker account for over a month now. Every time I request a withdrawal, the funds are not processed or sent to me. Instead, the money is returned back into my game balance without any explanation.
I have repeated the withdrawal request several times, and each time the same thing happens — the money goes back into my account, but it never reaches me. I followed all the procedures correctly and submitted the withdrawal through the official platform. This has become a frustrating loop, and I still haven’t received my funds.

Horrible experience with 888 CSR. My friend and I had just signed up a couple months back jumping on here and there playing those tickets we got for a sign up bonus.
I won a freeroll tournament shortly after signing up. Took that 27 dollar and turned it i to 700 cash at the live casino on Fun Fun 21 . During that time I was banned from the site due to ID Verifications(i was fully verifyed a day before). After a week of back and forth with them. I finally got back on and I received a email stating I was no longer Allowed any promotional offers and that my betting stakes may be restricted in the future.
Withdrew all of the winnings and contacted CS once again asking why i was banned from promotions and what stakes were restricted if any.
The response i got was the high up team made a decision to restrict my account and they wouldn't talk about the matter.
That my only negative issue with this site

For a start your 'Help centre' must be named ironically, it is not helpful. When you try to send a message the app just freezes again and again. It's only the automated nonsense that's available and of no use whatsoever. I was playing a 3.20 buy in knock out, at the end of a hand I was swapped to another table where a hand was still in progress. There was a quick flash of a hand at my space 5 clubs and 7 spades that disappeared quickly. The next hand dealt to me was exactly that. Clear to see that the hands are all predetermined. No way is it randomly generated. Won't be returning to that site ever again. Avoid avoid avoid.

Very poor technology and experience.
I have been on the site for about 2 years and find it to be very poor in several respects. The software very often freezes my laptop , after logging in and midway through a tournament it freezes me and messages they can’t confirm my address , the very short amount of lag time between an action on the app and disconnecting forcing another tedious login, no comments opportunity after the last major “upgrade “,no full table cash games with at least 8 players. The all in tournament badbeat runouts are obviously programmed where 3 players in and the ridiculous caller and super low equity player goes perfect perfect the majority of times. Spare me the BS explanation about RNG , normal variance, more hand volume so more BBs I have played millions of live and online hands all over the world and never experienced this frequency of BBs. Once the 3 hands are exposed post flop it is predictable the ridiculous runout cards to the worst hand. Very often this seat also amasses a large chip stack.

About 3 months, I noticed all these players showing up in the tournaments I play (30-40 players max) and they all had three things in common: 1- next to zero MTT winnings, 2-similar usernames (which were a name/word followed by numbers: like 'aces192', 'ontheriver222', 'garnet543', etc, etc.) and 3-despite their low lifetime winnings they would more often than not always be making the money or top 5. Anytime a player showed up with a username like I described and I'd look at their MTT winners and yep, next to zero winnings. Is it possible that 888poker is just attracting new players and they just happened to have this sort of formulaic username - sure, it's possible; But If you pay attention, they play hands that make no sense. Like out of position JackSpades, TwoHearts and they stay until the river and guess what they hit ??? - yeah. Look out for these players (low winnings, username as described) - They are either bots or 888poker staff that are playing that can see the boards which is why they stay in what seems to us, are stupid hands. I'm sure 888 will reply with some script and rambling about variance. When variance becomes a pattern, it's called an 'aglorithm' or flat out scamming. Oh and watch out for minutes left on a tournament late registration timer. Sometimes (not always), you'll shove all-in knowing that if you lose you can rebuy but you'll shove, lose and the late registration timer will immediately flip to zero and you're out! (they do this often to players). It is a completely corrupt site. If live poker gameplay was just as fast as online, you'd never see the prevalence of ridiculous boards, suck outs, and players who seemingly have zero success according to their lifetime winnings, just crushing it and always running hot and catching miracle cards.
