This company is beyond professional. They are pros with a soul. They do all the things you'd expect in a professional transaction then go beyond with a highly personalized service. And that's before I even mention their large supply of quality products at great prices. I would highly recommend 888 to any of my fiends, business associates and even loved ones!

Wrong product as listed, damaged boxes, and shorted by one, would not use again. Use at your own risk!!!!!!! Would give zero stars if I could !!!

I've been buying from 888lots for about 3 months now. They have a wide variety of products, and new inventory is added daily. If you're using FBA, you’ll get your items fast. Plus, the dedicated sales reps are super helpful—my rep, Richie, has been great anytime I’ve needed support.

I have been in business 27 years and by far the worst wholesale experience. I provided Greta with my Ontario Canada corporation status, my corporation profile and my hst/gst number from direct from revenue Canada’s tax return form. I even paid the ontario business portal for a print out my original corporation registration. After all 4 of these documents, No response, She did not reply to 5 emails I sent. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend.

*** In response to 888lots reply *** 2 employees from your organization told me that there are no issues with canadian accounts. There appears to be a discrepancy between your said policy and their understanding of it. Even If such is the case. The professional thing to do is to first make sure all your employees are aware of polices and to inform clients by responding to their emails.

I’m not an expert in liquidation by any means, but I’ve been flipping items here and there for a few months now. This was my first order from this site. I got the box, and it had a cool mix of stuff — clothing, small gadgets, even some skincare and books. But, sadly majority of the items were damged ,used, and useless. The rest good. Overall, such a waste of money....

My experience as a buyer was seriously disappointing. The product descriptions were misleading—many items I received were damaged, missing parts, or not as described. On top of that, their customer service was almost impossible to reach, and when I finally got through, they were unhelpful. Shipping also took way longer than promised, causing serious delays in my business operations. I expected a lot more professionalism from a wholesale platform.

This company treats their customers great. Our sales rep goes ABOVE and beyond to help us with anything we need. Always answers us very fast as well. Shop here...you will be so glad you did!! Can't beat this kind of customer service!!!

I must admit they got me good, especially my REB Mr Eli Dabach-DON'T buy, most prices are a few dollars less than amazon. Useless return policy, terrible customer service. Shady stuff. They buy from amazon in bulk returns and they sell them at a few dollars less. Here and there you might hit a good deal. Been them for a while and seriouly i regret almost every purchase. Used unsellable stuff. 888 Lots one STAR.
