I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with 888lots.com. Despite having a company established in Wyoming, USA, my account application has been repeatedly rejected without any clear explanation.

The person who reviews all applications for the site, a woman named Anastasia, seems to be selectively choosing customers based on her personal preferences. This arbitrary decision-making process is not only unprofessional but also extremely frustrating.

One representative simply stated that they only serve US-based companies. However, when I clarified that my company is indeed based in the US, I was advised to ‘try again’. This lack of clear communication and arbitrary decision-making is not only unprofessional but also extremely frustrating.

Moreover, it seems that 888lots.com is selectively choosing their customers, which I believe is against the principles of a free market. I find this practice to be highly unfair and it has left a very negative impression on me.

I am currently in talks with my lawyer and plan to file a complaint with local authorities and possibly take legal action against these unjust practices. I strongly believe that all companies should be treated equally and with respect, and 888lots.com has failed to do so in my case.

Customer service representatives are very humble and supportive.

My order did not come all in one day. But they kept me informed, and the items that arrived were exactly what was listed on the invoices. There were some items that I ordered that they could not fulfill. But they informed me about it. Things will go wrong sometimes, but it is OK if the supplier communicates and keeps good records.

I have applied for account it's in demo mode . All the required documents were uploaded. Still in demo mode. I have tried to contact them via email four times got no reply . Tried to contact them via live chat they read it but not replying. I have tried lots of platform no one replied.😥😥 sir we are not international costumers . and we have uploaded all the required docs.
