Registered and deposited £25 . Luckily won £100 in the first 10 mins but then my account was logged out and blocked . I’ve tried to draw out on their cashier but from the reviews I don’t think it’s likely I will be contacting the gaming commission about this . Very very poor

I won a $109 ticket on Sunday 6th and Monday 14th,and haven't received them.

Very disappointing experience with 888casino

I deposited £20 into 888casino, and almost immediately afterwards my account was temporarily disabled. I was therefore unable to access the account or use the money I had just deposited.

What I find particularly frustrating is that 888casino accepted my £20 deposit but then restricted my account straight afterwards, leaving me unable to access the funds or properly resolve the situation through the usual customer-service channels.

I have tried to find a way to contact 888casino without being able to log in, but getting a clear response has been unnecessarily difficult.

I understand that gambling companies may carry out account checks and restrictions when necessary, but taking a deposit and then immediately restricting the account without providing me with a clear explanation or straightforward way to resolve it is extremely frustrating.

I would like 888casino to explain why my account was disabled and either restore access or promptly refund my £20.Hopefully this company gets investigated by the gambling commission and stops operating soon.

Over the past 12 months I have deposited 2400 pounds, and have been able to withdraw once, a sum of 400.

Used to be OK but they have now stopped processing withdrawals. Fortunately I only have 2 small ones that are stuck at pending but that's not the point. If they accept a deposit they should process withdrawals. Contacted their chat and was given the run around, told that my card did not accept payouts to which I told them to check my history and they would see it did. They then said that the payments had been returned to them so I asked for it to be released to my casino account and I was told that it was not possible to reverse a withdrawal - if it has been returned to them then it's not being reversed.... I was then told that they would have to use a bank transfer and that I would need to upload documents to verify ID, fine... Tried the link they sent and it didn't work so told them this and they said clear cache, restart browser and restart the GAME. Pointed out that I was trying to use the link they sent only to be told to carry out troublehshooting to identify the issue so I asked what troubleshooting I sould try and they then go stroppy and said that I obviously have trouble reading and copied and pasted the instructions that they had already suggested for fixing a problem with a GAME. They then abruptly ended the chat with the option to rate their service. I've since logged out and back in and now the chat will not load on my profile and the document upload section within my profile does not allow me to upload the documents they have asked for!!! Looking through other user feedback I think I can safely kiss my balance good bye, unless I can get a charge back from my bank. You been warned, even if you have used them in the past, that means nothing, they are currently unjustly withholding users money.

I enjoy playing poker for fun, not a gambler only play $1.00 tournament. Been trying to withdraw 2 payments of 225 pound and 33 pound can't contact them properly just chat online and they close the chat kn you. I’ve been trying to withdraw a £60 win for nearly two months. I’ve previously withdrawn without a problem, I have two payment options attached to my account.

888 have an automated chat service that doesn’t work. Email addresses that don’t reply to you (I’ve tried four times). No working telephone number. Avoid this scam site, there’s plenty of other reputable betting sites out there.

The 888 website suddenly stopped working on my PC browser so, on advice, I used another. The site did not work correctly and kept on bringing up unwanted pop-ups. It then paced a bet without me completing the bet details and I lost money from a bet I didn't even place.

I went on their chat service but it went in circles until I eventually got it to bring up a real person. I was abruptly told, without any checks, that the website service was not faulty, when it clearly was. The chat service then went faulty and they couldn't see any of the posts I made. When I got on another chat the different agent didn't seem to want to know and the chat service went faulty once again.

Been trying to get my account reactivated having had WH safer gambling team agree to split a deposit limit between the two sites. Been waiting for a month and a half but more chance of Father Christmas coming down my chimney on the 25th.

• I sent my UK driving licence, a perfectly valid government-issued ID. They said it wasn’t acceptable.

It became obvious they weren’t genuinely verifying me – they were stalling.

They take money but don't like to pay. The games don't play right! Not the same as other sites like Coral etc and the live help is a complete waste of time. Withdrawal was split into 3 random amounts because of some policy, despite only ever used 1 payment method. The customer service just tell you that the query has been escalated, and nobody gets back to you. Not sure how they got their licence!
