This review is for 808sstore which is often found on Instagram. Tshirt arrived late and was terrible quality and nothing like the pictures. Ask for the return address and returned the parcel and I have never been refunded. 808sstore has my money and the shirt itself. They also deleted their ig account I presume to get away from negative feedback. Scam so stay away

Not worth the 1 star! Ordered two t-shirts, they took 3 weeks to arrive. I sent an email to the advised address on website with no response, so sent back anyway. That was August! Still no refund, I've had no response to my email or to the message I left on the website. I have tried to call the number on the website but it does not work. Avoid at all costs! I have be advised to contact my bank to try and get the money back. Do not buy from this site!

I'm not sure why it is showing 'musicalley' when you are proving feedback for 808 sstore. To be clear this review relates specifically to the company registered to Connor Michael Robinson. Interestingly, the only positive 5 star review registered appears to be that of the owner which I suspect is against the rules of Trustpilot.
My son ordered 3 products, the communication and order tracking was none existent. However, after an eternity they were eventually despatched, he received notification from Evri that they had them, followed by a further notification that delivery was delayed. After 7 days we contacted Evri and eventually advised that they had lost the package and we should contact the retailer to discuss either the items being replaced or refunded.
Having attempted to contact the company by the online contact method and also by email, as evidenced by all the other reviews, the company or more specifically, Mr Robinson doesn't respond. This means that 808sstore has my money, Evri have lost the goods and will only deal with 808 and I can't speak to anyone. This actually breaks the 2015 Sale of Goods Act. I'm advised by my bank that they will proceed with a chargeback claim on my behalf.
Whilst the problem is probably because Evri remain as incompetent as they were as Hermes, this retailer appears to ignore his legal and contractual obligation. Beware!

Wish I could review lower than one. No order ever received scam company

I ordered a T-shirt almost 2 weeks ago and paid shipping- not even dispatched yet? I have messaged the store on the shop app and also sent an email- I wouldn't mind the delay if i was given any form of update on the order.

This site is definitely a scam. I ordered a tee shirt over 2 weeks ago with express shipping. I have not received any updates on the dispatch. When I reached out to the only available contact point was an email, conor808s.co.uk (seems super legit) I was told that the company has "a high volume of orders due to our publication in GQ" and that they are "slightly running behind in orders at the minute". To compensate they offered 20% off my next purchase, but I will not be buying from this site ever again.

I placed an order last week and it still hadn’t been dispatched, all of my emails and messages on shop app have been ignored. Seems like a scam im really not happy

Have not received any response on my order. I have tried to DM them on Instagram, email them several times, call them, message them from Shop app. Still nothing at all. It’s a shame because I like the design of the shirt I purchased but without communication, it’s impossible to receive any support.

No contact from the company.Their site states that they wont accept returns without them approving it first but they never respond and the number on their site doesn’t work. Scam

Didn’t receive my order, they never replied to any of my emails and ignored me on instagram. Any comments I left on their page were deleted. Can’t even get my money back.

Paid for express shipping, they didn't even begin to ship it until a week after expected delivery for starters. T-shirt is terrible quality. Looking to return it but no one answers the emails or phone number, so beware, impossible to return. I see the only good review here is by a person with the exact same name as the email address on their website, how convenient. Do not buy from these jokers.

After accidentally ordering my parcel to the wrong address I have attempted communication with the company through multiple emails and phone calls, all of which haven't been returned. I have offered paying for delivery again or going to collect the parcel in person but have heard nothing about a refund or reshipping the parcel.

I placed an order early June for 3 tshirts. After not hearing anything for 3 weeks when delivery said 3-5 days and all emails being ignored I left a trust pilot review. Almost immediately the company emailed me asking to remove the review and they would issue a refund along with sending the t shirts. I replied and removed the review. Low and behold all communication has again stopped, I've had to claim the payment as fraudulent with my bank and they don't respond to any email, Instagram, phone - anything. Incredibly poorly run operation.

Great Tees! I ordered 4 t-shirts from their website and received them 3 days later.
They came exactly like the photos and the quality is incredible... would definitely but from here again!!
