Amazing!!!
The entire experience was fantastic. We worked with Justin in the San Jose showroom. He was such a joy to work with - knowledgeable, responsive, and super helpful. I cannot say enough great things. For the installation itself, Alex, Eddy, JP and Santiago handled our white glove installation. It was so seamless. They showed up when they said they would. They worked with me to adjust the couch and explained every little nuance of the couch so clearly. So far, we love our 7th avenue couch and cannot recommend it enough!

7th Avenue really found a niche!
7th Avenue really found a niche creating high-end, stain resistant, water repellant, durable, endlessly modular couches with AMAZING & luxurious fabric. It was worth what I paid. I loved everything about my experience; from driving up to the showroom and sitting with one of the sales people and using the models and my measurements to figure out which sectional made the most sense, to the order and payment process all the way to the delivery which was great. Aaron and Alex delivered my furniture, they were amazing and did it in record time. They were very polite courteous and even went over their practices with the business (they put shoe covers on and stated they had to wash their hands before handling the fabric). They answers the few questions I had since I was pressed for time working from home and cleaned up everything.
The fact that I can keep changing the couch with different color fabric without ever having to buy a new couch brings me joy! I would highly recommend 7th Avenue to anyone!

Rating the white-glove delivery service. Adrian and Eddy were excellent. They helped me adjust my rug and other living area furniture to make sure everything looked balanced with the new couch. They did an amazing job setting up the couch, were cognizant to making sure everything looked perfect and polished. They even vacuumed after! I cannot recommend them enough.

Eddy and Adrian were punctual
Eddy and Adrian were punctual, professional, and hard working. They called me in the morning to let me know the approximate time of arrival and immediately started working on the couch. After it was completed, they made sure to pick up all the packaging materials.
I was also very impressed with the new couch and would happily recommend you give them a try!

Very pleased with Gabe and Raul's work. They were professional, courteous, efficient, flexible and helpful in making sure my couch was placed where i wanted it. Very disappointed in the quality of the…
Very disappointed in the quality of the cushions. We have had the couch for 6 weeks and you can already feel the connection pieces through the cushions when sitting on the couch. The cushions come stored inside the couch for shipping so when you pull them out they are deformed. The couch looks worn out and we have barely used it. The back cushions don’t have enough structure or filling. Shouldn’t have this many quality issues at this price point.

Helpful and quick service
Gabe and Raul were absolutely wonderful. The swap from a regular ottoman to a storage ottoman was quick, smooth, and very professional. Both were friendly, respectful, and cared about doing the job right.
They noticed lots of loose threads on the fabric of the storage ottoman and proactively let me know they would ship a replacement. I really appreciated how attentive and solution-oriented he was.
Overall, a great experience. Professional, and helpful service.
