7K Metals is a fabulous company with great leadership that works very hard to always maintain transparency, trust and quality products. I have never had a bad experience in the five years I have been a member with this company. I love the coins I received and their sound money private Vault system is like nothing else available. I can only highly recommend anybody become involved and contribute to their financial future using the model that 7K Metals provides with their collectible coins and with there private vault system in soundmoney. This company is A+

Cancelled my subscription weeks ago - was just charged again. so i cancelled it again and it still reads active. so now i have the headache of support and a payment that will be late because of this.

I was looking to buy silver and was introduced to 7K by watching an interview with members on the Nick Veniamin show. That was back in 2021 when 7K was mostly in the U.S. and had just opened Canada. I got my initial questions answered and took the plunge. Best decision ever. 7K is HUGE on education (offers several free sessions to help people buy both bullion and collectibles intelligently), extremely transparent, and here for the long haul with a plan that is innovative, flexible and sound. They have their ear to the ground and are solid. There is good reason that they have a AAA rating on the BBB. They are debt free and one of the largest precious metals dealers in the world. 7K never sells what they don't have, charges no fees and even the founders are extremely approachable (they even have their own Sound Money Podcast). Having been involved for almost four years now, I have come to trust 7K at the highest level and not only has my portfolio escalated in value, I have made commissions by introducing my friends and my friends regularly thank me openly on social media because we are excelling together. I love my 7K community of like-minds Precious metals and collectibles are volatile and 7K makes no bones about that encouraging people to do their own research. If you want to buy, sell and share metals in fractional amounts and hold them in a secure vault (or at home), 7K is the only game in town that has it all figured out. I've said it hundreds of times, I believe every household should have a 7K membership.

I was a novice looking to invest the very little bit of money I had. They preyed upon me and my ignorance. And if you want to sell your incredibly overpriced coins back to them they hold all the cards, you have no say in what they offer you for the coins or whether they will buy them back at all. You must ship them blind and take what you get. They sell to you at exponential costs and then offer you however much less than the spot price they decide they want to give after you have shipped it to them, at that point it's no point in saying no because the shipping costs will bring you to zero.

My kids spent their money here too on my recommendation until we realized what was going on. I am so sorry I ever had anything to do with this company.

I have learned so much about the importance of owning precious metals in the last 5 years with this company. The entire exectutive team and the staff are so welcoming and polite. Customer Service is always so kind and patient when I call with any questions and go above and beyond. They truley are the best. I love the coin drops and the different coins they have.

7kmetals is one of the only companies in all of direct sales that I trust completely. It is also, after seeing the first company I was a part of, 47 years ago up til now, the only one I recommend. I joined 3 years and 2 months ago in 2022.
It is like a buffet of features, value, savings, knowledge, tax advantages and earning potential rolled into one. It does take a bit of time investment to actually see and experience ALL of the above. Boy, is it worth it.
Luckily, I now have the best mentors helping me that I have ever met in those 47 years. They really have my back-as does the company.
Customer Service is a tie for the best in Direct Sales, from my experience. They treat everyone with respect and almost always get to my calls right away.
I have met the 4 Founders and consider them to be great guys and men of integrity.
My dad helped me collect US coins 60 years ago and now, with 7k I have so much knowledge and so many valuable coins, I am very grateful. (This is so much more than my father's coin collecting!)
During a recent rough patch in my life I sold ALL of my bullion (not collectible) to help keep my head above water. I sold at more than I paid in every instance.
I am a Legacy member and use a lot of the features. I have saved hundreds of dollars with the savings app. I can check my catalogued coins on the Stack N Sell, where we can anonymously sell and buy. That feature also would allow me to use with my Homeowners Insurance. (I don't currently have any, due to financial challenges.)
It's always a relief to know that every coin I buy is flawless, fairly and low priced and that they arrive quickly and safely every month.
I stress that folks that start with us make sure they devote time to finding out all of the features. I am always available to help. I am a member for life.

7K Metals. I lost $2500 that including 12 coins and membership payment. All coins are collectible but not all coins recognised in specialising stores and affiliated with banks, it is $0 and it is doesn’t matter pure gold or silver. Price is horrible: $154.16 for one silver coins , $194 for gold coins! Approximately it is in 3 times more expensive then one silver American Eagle that requested everywhere! I found this later. 7K Metal represents using sly tactics of promises for impressions for. naive people Next is more horrible when people need bring their friends for the next free dinners ,friends who trusting you! 7k Metal will not return my money back, because it is policy. It is big disappointment, they not care about people feeling!

I love the quality of the precious metals from this company. I love the education provided. All coins of the same weight are not equal. Many factors are to be considered (e.g. depth, height, rarity). Customer service is helpful. No false promises. Customers can buy precious metals without becoming members at retail prices. Members buy at a discount. Actually a person is converting one form of money into a comparatively more stable form of money. viw7

I enrolled into Sound Money Wallet. A faeture of 7K. It was sold as keeping your money safe if banks crash. It is a complete scam. They "sold" me Silver eagles at $49 an ounce in April 2023. The spot price was less than $25. And now, when silver spot price is rising, they will buy it back (to get my money back) at $32. So, even though the market says I should have made money, I have essentially lost amost $500. WHen I only invested $1000.

RUN AWAY.

This company's a joke..a complete scam.. brainwashing ignorant people..mainly fat single mothers

7k puts marketing their products ahead of anything else. Poor value for money.
A third of the money I spent on buying 7K Metals gold and silver went on fees i.e. 7k processing fees, US tax, shipping costs and UK bank transaction fees.
Communication with 7 k was slow. If I was searching for a coin to buy I had to wait for answers on the chat box for a long time. I did not expect this as my experience with other companies was getting a response relatively quickly. If it was a weekend then I had to wait till Monday or later. Once I didn’t hear a response to an email for a month. I lost interest. Often the products I wanted were sold out. They messed up sometimes shipping my ordered products.
As for storing products in the US vault I found that some products did not qualify for storage. Anyway you had to keep paying your membership to allow you to store in the vault. I cancelled my membership. They didn’t ask why. I don’t think they were ever interested in me as a customer.

7K metals is just an OVERPRICED SCAM . So I joined the company in Feb of 2022 for $599 on a premo membership and promptly starting getting coins on Autoship. The first few months the coins seemed to be a good deal and had a POSITIVE value for the $139 month purchase price.
Then a few months end just about EVERY coin I purchased on the autoship was negative anywhere from Negative $10 to Negative $60 a coin.
I complained and the guy I was under (Toddfather) had his secretary email me that considering the tax saving etc it was still a GOOD DEAL = TOTAL BS!!
So this past July I finally canceled and got out and the final result at this point = 22 coins purchased and I am CURRENTLY down $532 on those 14 coins. So only 8 of the coins have a POSITIVE cash value of $195 total the rest are NEGATIVE!! So I'm at a $337 LOSS currently not including the $599 & $199 I paid for enrollments in 2022 and 2023 hoping to recoup my $.
So all in all down $1135 with the enrollment fees and DUD coins the sent me.
The goods DEFINITELY DON'T makeup for the BADS with these guys!!!!
My advice is STAY out of this scam of a company and save yourself a LOT OF $$!!

I love this company and everything it stands for. While it is true that the value of gold and silver fluctuates, the company offers so much more that that. They have affordable health insurance, perks on travel and dining, 3rd party authentication for purchased coins, and the first of its kind, Sound Money Wallet!

At first it sounds great and made sense. Invest in and gold and silver it will be better than 401, cd or a savings. Wrong order a coin for $125 and then it’s only valued at $79 dollars through their website and locally only $33. So each month I’m paying to lose my money. When trying to sell through stack and sell and through other 7kers
They will not buy because they collect sets or have that coin. But if silver/gold is the way to go then why not add to your collection if silver holds its value and you’re paying below 7k charge and website market value. Now I’m stuck spent 2k in coins that are worth a quarter of that,

I have been a member of 7k Metals for approx 17 months. This patriot owned company sells precious metals to its members at member direct prices. They sell very rare collectible, graded coins and non-collectible bullion. I have never been let down by this superb company. All products I have purchased have been exactly as described. Shipping is very quick and packaging is top notch. You can't go wrong by joining this Member Direct Buying Club!
