From your account, it appears you’ve been playing with us for quite a few years, which we’re genuinely grateful for. We can also see that the majority of your entries have been for our jackpot competitions, which naturally have much lower odds due to the size of the prizes.
That said, buying a large number of tickets does not guarantee higher-value wins as all outcomes are random, and no prizes are ever guaranteed, regardless of spend.
In terms of the prize condition, this isn’t the standard we aim for. All items should arrive in good condition, so if there was any damage or issue with packaging, it should have been reported to us so we could put it right.

Truly amazing experience
I never win anything but I thought I’d give this a go. 300 tickets at 5p each was a punt I was comfortable making. First time I’ve ever tried this and I won a Rolex plus £5k cash ….. for £15!!!!!
I can’t recommend this enough for people. Don’t spend more than you’re comfortable just throwing a way but it truly shows you have to be in the draw to win. It could be anybody.
