I would literally give zero stars if I could. From now on, I will never order anything without thoroughly googling the website first because if I had seen the reviews here I would never have bought the case in the first place. I ordered on the 6 of July and six months later I still haven't received my case, nor have I had a reply to any of the emails I sent. I work in law and I would contemplate sending a warning letter if I thought that it wouldn't be completely ignored. Think I might start sending an email every day instead so that maybe- if nothing else- it will annoy them. Do not buy from this site. Ever.

Do not ever order from this scam website. money was already charged from my credit and no case!!! sent numerous emails and no response. I don't understand how they're still in business.

Like all the other reviews of recent time, this company sucks swamp water. They take your money and then not only don't deliver the product, they dont ever answer emails. The only response from 7case is automated which wither say they will contact me in 2-3 days or in 24 hours. They do neither.

I send in English if someone of 7 Case answer me (It will be a great sorprise)
In June I ordered a case and I'm till waiting for. I've sent several mails asking for information and refundind but nobody answered me. Unacceptable.
The worst the difficult we have to report to the police this kind of activities, lot of time, money and so on.
Please, do not order anything t this company

What bugs me the most is i explained to him my previous situation with the other crocks 433 barca . Com and still did it worse then them what bugs even more is he sent me photos of some of the cases that was actually made and nothing yet
Disgrace to the online business i am amzed these kind of sites are granted trade licenses from their country and i only blame myself cause i did not learn my lesson now they do not respond

Order #24807 (29 June 2018) - I ordered a case on June 29th. While ordering it was stated that the delivery will take up to 3 weeks. It is 6 weeks now and have heard nothing. Couple of emails sent to 7 case inquiring on the status of the order but no response received what so ever. Seems not a professional company. If orders are being delayed, at least have the courtesy to respond to the mails. Regret placing an order.

My name is Luis Villaverde. I made an order the 9 of June and i have not recieved the cases. I have already pay them and i want to know what happens and when i am going to recieve my cases. Answer as soon as possible.

I send you lot of mails without any answer about my oder that I make 3 weeks ago. In fact, as you can see the delivery time of my order is already past and it’s really inadmissible to see that there is any answer for the mails. I really want to know the details of my oder if not I require an refund !

Hello, I would like to know where is my package that I order on your site ?! This is since June 10, 2018 that I am waiting impatiently for my case that I ordered 2 months ago. This is unacceptable and I have the feeling to have done so if I do not receive my package I would ask for an immediate refund of my € 17.95 disbursed for his purchase. 7 case also does not answer my e-mails and this is unacceptable I leave you here the indications on my order: Order # 24519 and the step and the following one: Design completed. I hope that you will take into account my claim and that you will return to me why I paid 17 € 95.

This is weird. Their cases are top notch quality because i’ve ordered from them before. But my recent order which was around january has yet to arrive and they haven’t responded to my numerous e-mails asking about the status of the order and also telling them that i will be changing my address soon.

My brother ordered me a case a birthday gift on April 26th.
Have sent emails, messages via their website form, DMs via Insta.
NO RESPONSE.
Still publish stuff on Insta... but got no time to answer one f****kg email to let me know if my order is still alive or if I just threw my money away??

I wrote this review earlier in Dutch, but they didn’t answer.

I don’t understand how this is still a legal webshop! I ordered a Bayern Munich phone case. I ordered it at the 12th of March, and I still got nothing. Is it still on its way or do I get my money back?! I am really disappointed, because I really liked the case! What a bad website! I hope they will react on this one.

Don't answer emails. Took over two months to come, and the quality is actually dog shi..te . I wouldn't want my dog having this. They say they need three weeks for production process!! It's literally a print on the phone, and you can see how bad the quality is. There's white specs on my case and they're not leaving. Utterly pathetic, do not but from them. It's pure robbery, absolute joke.

Bought a custom case off 7case.nl on 26th of September I doubted that the item was going to come at all but I received the item today 7/11/17 ...... be patent item will arrive it will mostly likely be later than time stated on website that's why I give it 4 stars instead of 5 but overall I am very pleased with the item that I received,

What a f**king cheater group. My brother ordered 2 case in December 2016 and we didn't get anything. They answered to a couple of emails at the beginning. They requested our patients because of the long delivery them they said they sent one of the cases to us (Hungary) but something went wrong with address. It was like 3 weeks ago. Since then they have not answered to any mails...
