have been a regular at the staines branch, food is genuine American fare - tater tots are a must.
the service and all the staff are incredibly polite and well trained they know all about the menus are are great for recommendations
nice family atmosphere but its the staff attentiveness that really makes this place worth a visit. Jo the manager is awesome, the staff are all eager to help and nothing is too much trouble. nice to be in a place where customer service is still important

Terrible experience, both in the restaurant and via a well known online food ordering company(oo). Both times had items missing from the order, including mains and drinks. So much potential, but missed the mark on three separate occasions. I'd have contacted 7Bone Maidstone directly first, but there's no way to contact them on their website! Poor poor poor....

Nathan was amazing, we ordered our food to the wrong branch (drunk) and went above and beyond to get our order correct AND sent us on our way with the food we ordered, to catch our train with plenty of time, despite the mix up, amazing service, couldn’t recommend enough!!!! Xxx

Service good, menu good, prices OK. Food did take a long time to come. Overall prefer Five Guys but was a nice change.

Ordered from deliaroo from the portsmouth branch and it was just vile cold and hard. All the food tested like it had been sat in the packaging for hours. I ordered this for my daughters birthday meal and what she got was sub standard food at a high price. No one will refund and the food was good only for the bin. Lucky McDonald's came through. Vile food please avoid

Good food but the delivery time is always really long and the food doesn’t arrive hot!

We were dissapointed as we had ordered a delivery from here before and were quite happy. HOWEVER eat in experience was quite different:

Arrived and interior looked like they had moved in the day before and thrown cheap tables and chairs in random corners of the room. Although we arrived before prime dinner time food took 50 mins to arrive and when asked where the food was were told they were having lots of takeaway orders (as these are clearly more important than eat in orders). Food was OK but nothing special (def not worth the wait) and am still sitting on loo 6h later with diarrhea. Would not recommend!

Literally the best burger we’ve had. I have the PPBJ which is amazing, the other half has the blue cheese one. Our favourite burger joint ever. It’s so good. Service is always excellent too.

Lovely burger loved the halloumi fries and Jamaican chicken burger was lovely

Just had Donnie J Trump melt in my mouth, it was so good.
My wife had a Ball Park.. the biggest sausage she’s had in a long time.
Can’t wait to take the kids.

Burgers amazing; website & sides disappointing
Serious struggle to navigate our way through the website to order click & collect. Burgers were stunning; sides were so highly-seasoned as to be unpleasant; price point was high for what was offered.

Horrible food, burger tasted horrible i couldn’t even eat it. Fries were ok but still a bit too dry. Loads of advertisements but place is below average. Will never go back in there!

My burger was delicious and the milkshakes were perfect, however for almost £50 the chips were cold, mac and cheese was overpowered by garlic powder and the toastie was soggy and the meat was completely flavourless. Total rip off for £50!

so tonight we thought we would go out and enjoy a meal together. (Myself,my son,daughter in law and granddaughter (aged 2), the first meal out for a long time!. On arrival we were told to expect an hour wait but that they were over estimating and more likely to be 45 mins. Ok while that is a long wait for what is essentially a fast food burger bar, we were looking forward to this so decided to wait, bearing in mind the temp outside is 38 deg. We came back to check after an hour had passed only to be told that it would now be at least another hour!!!.. that is just totally unacceptable to expect a family with a young child to wait 2 hours for a BURGER!!!!!! Seriously what is wrong??? You really need to address this as it is very poor service. I could get a Mitchellin star meal in less time. I will not bother coming again as you give misleading and incorrect jnformation at the door to try and keep your custom flowing... well I am flowing down river to another Burger house where I can rely on the service. Very very very disappointed. This was at your Southampton branch.
