Terrible betting site using stalling tactics to process withdrawal. I have provided everything asked and I’m still waiting over a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I just joined 7bet it is quick and simple no problems placing bets and I withdrew £285 still waiting but all in all no problems

I am submitting this detailed review to warn others about the severe regulatory failures and unfair practices experienced with 7Bet, operated by Anakatech Interactive Limited.
1. Critical Regulatory Failure: Self-Exclusion Bypass
I was permitted to open and deposit funds into my 7Bet account despite having an active self-exclusion on a recognized sister brand operated by Anakatech. The operator attempted to excuse this serious breach of UKGC Social Responsibility Code 3.5.3 by claiming I gave "consent" to override the network exclusion. The duty of care to a self-excluded individual is a mandated UKGC requirement and is non-negotiable.
2. Deliberate Stalling of Withdrawal (LCCP 17.1.1 Breach)
Upon requesting a £400 withdrawal, the casino has engaged in deliberate stalling tactics, refusing to release my legitimate funds. They have repeatedly rejected crystal-clear KYC identity verification photos, demanding the exact same documents again and again.
Deposits were accepted without any issue or friction.
Withdrawal is being delayed indefinitely using KYC as an excuse.
This is a clear breach of UKGC LCCP Condition 17.1.1, which explicitly prohibits operators from delaying withdrawals by requesting information they could have "reasonably requested earlier." This is a known practice used to introduce "friction" and pressure the customer to reverse the withdrawal and gamble.
3. Next Steps (ADR & UKGC)
I have exhausted the casino’s internal complaints procedure and have formally escalated this issue to their nominated Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, ADR Group. I have also submitted a formal report to the UK Gambling Commission detailing these serious LCCP breaches.
Recommendation: I strongly advise caution. This operator demonstrates a concerning disregard for essential UK consumer protection rules related to vulnerable customers (self-exclusion) and fair payment practices (withdrawal stalling).

Yes they offer great odds on football games but when you win they do not want to pay you!
I had a few lucky wins placing £10 bets on some un-fancied teams. When I tried to withdraw my winnnings 7bet would not pay out.
They told me my withdrawal was "declined by a third party, which is beyond our control."
I contacted my bank and was told this was nonsense and no payments were pending.
After waiting more than 3 weeks and providing ID's and bank statements I eventually received my payout.
Do not use this company. It is not worth the stress.

Avoid, I'm waiting for my withdrawal More than 3 weeks ago ,£800, everyday they sent a email, I'm subject to a standard regulatory verification.

I ask a friend to make an account, deposit £20, play £5, and withdraw £15.

Tried to withdraw, uploaded my documents, details etc. A member of their staff said that everything was in order - I have a screenshot to prove that statement.

Now - Account locked, not allowed to withdraw winnings due to my account being "currently subject to standard regulatory and identity verification checks".

These checks have taken nearly 3 weeks.
They do not communicate, they have not identified any problem with my verification...

So why do they not let me withdraw my winnings?

They have now said they have 8 weeks to provide me with a response...

UPDATE: Asked for UK legal address - nothing.
Emailed several times now - nothing...

UPDATE: Finally, finally after being asked to submit even more ID the paid me. But even that was weird. No single payment, just refunds on my original deposits...

I withdraw 5 days ago my transaction history still possessing. After 5 working days I still waiting to get my money.I recommend avoid this site.

It’s a shame negative stars is not an option. In one word - scammers. Avoid like the plague. Quite happy to take your money with no checks. The minute you try and withdraw they throw up all sorts of blockers. I might try the small claims court.

Avoid this site and there sister betnero luckymate they are disgusting no RTP what so ever it's not about losing its the rate there taken it 30 plus dead spins in a row on multiple different slots bonuses nearly non existent paying 10x if your lucky enough to land one. Very slow withdrawals, excessive information gathered. Don't bother with this site.

Withdrawals taking forever.

I withdraw from bet365 and its in my account either within 30seconds via bank of within 4 hours via paypal.

I withdrew over 50 hours ago from this idiot company and they still not processed it.
Now 96 hours and over the three business days which they use as an excuse for not processing during weekends.

Took in the end 108 hours, requested sat night 9pm received thursday 9am.

Account had been verified previously so no documents holding things up.

Completely unacceptable I'd advise not to use them.

The RTP must be low , I got a bonus on BIG BASS reel repeat on the 32p repeat reel , it went to 10X and only went for £50!!! It’s unheard of minimum I’ve had of big bass on a X10 is £100, normally this game pays good I’ve had £500- £1500! I can see a few 5 star reviews going on and I’m thinking they’re very dubious! A lady said she won £1500 on a £3 jackpot , never heard of that game , maybe it’s true but they look dodgy. Absolutely terrible company , it took 7 days to get my winnings. Don't ever bet with this company!! When you try and speak to someone about the issue, you get the same generic rubbish. Avoid at all costs.

On their website it states withdrawal are processed on the same business day or at latest 2-3 full business days.
I have now gone over the 3 full business days wait and yet the withdrawal has not been processed and currently still stands this way. They do everything they can to waste your time, so quick to take your money but then take forever to give it back if you win.

All in all it’s been a absolute horrid experience, and in conclusion all 7bet does is try to avoid dealing with the situation and agents write spam messages without addressing concern's or providing a foreseeable conclusion.

Update:
I Just received my withdrawal but it did take a lot of hassle (customer service chats and emails)

So I’m doing this again to just detail what this company are doing

When opening the account they ask to verify you with id and address which I thought made a nice change

Take a deposit and don’t ask for any further verification.

Then you try withdraw

They then ask for proof of the Apple Pay and payment method which I provided

They then ask for proof of the card again

They then asked for proof of the transaction from the Apple Pay

Then ask proof of transaction to them from your bank account

Then asked for Apple Pay again despite not telling you they didn’t accept the picture

Then the card for SECOND TIME.

Then the Apple Pay and card again.

Then got asked to provide the card again for a 4th time replying to emails

They then say we have multiple emails and we have helped you we are closing this

I’m not going to call them the names they deserve I just want anyone thinking of depositing with this company to really realise what they are getting themselves into this has been going on since trying to withdraw on Saturday 13th of September. We are now on the 24th and seem further away than ever from receiving MY MONEY

Who the hell is giving this site 5 stars?! In what world do they think it's ok to take 2 DAYS to process a withdrawal... and longer if it's weekend?

As has been said below, what needs processing? There are literally 100's of gambling and casino sites you can choose, 90% of which have instant or near instant withdrawals.

When the hamster wakes up and gets the wheel going and my w/d is finally "processed", I won't go near this site again.

Simple and honest advice, go somewhere else fella's.

EDIT: I eventually received my w/d in just over 4 days! It took literally seconds to hit the bank after it was finally "processed" by 7Bet. As has been flagged up plenty of times in these reviews, that sort of wait for w/d's in this day and age is ridiculous, as a relatively new site, how do they expect to attract custom?

My advice again would be to leave this site well alone, there are 100's of others than do things just as good or better and send you your money in a timely manner.
