A bit pathetic! I signed up in February 2025...almost used to deposit since then, never have I withdrawn and the first time i withdraw in August, they ask for verification, which I sent to them, ok fine ! But how can it take so long. They only asked for card details and bankstatement which is verified in an hour ! A bit ridicolous of a site. I will be messaging to the gambling commission and if needed seek legal help! I have other reviews here to back my claim too ! STAY AWAY !

I play on sky vegas & others without any problem, most decent sites pay out winnings within an hr or that same day. But 7 bet make it almost impossible to withdraw any money!!!
They ask for 3 months bank statements and don’t accept screen shots, 3 months payslips, Apple Pay accounts- yet new devices won’t allow you to screen shot this info- therefore impossible.
They then threaten to cancel withdrawing an and put money back into your netting balance- in hope you give up and gamble it away!!!
They have no contact number, worst customer service & wished id never used them!

opened an account had it open for 2/3 days placed 3 bets one of which was a bet after being offered a bet and get (freebet) offer got stake restricted after winning to then be told that after a review of my account my account had been restricted after 3 bets...
stay clear absolute criminals will take your money but if you win will restrict your account....

Negative Review: 7bet - Avoid This Site
I had an incredibly frustrating and concerning experience with 7bet, and I strongly advise everyone to stay clear of this platform. This site appears to operate like a scam, making it nearly impossible to withdraw your own money.
I deposited £200, and almost immediately, they demanded "proof of funds." This is a process that reputable sites complete before allowing you to deposit, not after. After being subjected to this invasive request, my balance was reduced to £30. When I attempted to withdraw this remaining amount, they then demanded a bank statement and proof of card ownership.
This is a clear tactic to make you jump through endless hoops, making it incredibly difficult and time-consuming to access your own money. They seem to do everything in their power not to pay out. Save yourself the headache and the potential loss of your funds – do not use 7bet. They are, in my opinion, parasites who prey on their users. Avoid them like the plague.

If I could rate these scumbags as zero stars I would. As others have mentioned, they are happy to allow you to sign up, verification is drawn out and complicated - please do not waste your time even starting the process. And even once verified they do all they can to not pay out withdrawals. My account has now been locked with a pending withdrawal of just £20 that I cannot get. Complete scam. Don’t sign up. Use a more reputable bookmaker / casino!

I have read a lot of negative reviews about this site and was a little dubious. But I have to say it was quite the opposite. I made my first few deposits with little wins and then I hit a £3 jackpot and won £1500. I withdrew funds and around 7 hours later they were in my account. I had added requested documents upon registration and think this may have saved time. A happy customer 🤗. Hope it continues 🙏

Anyone opening an account with these you’d be absolutely crazy, there’s not many I could name which is as worst as this one, for the last two weeks I have tried closing down my account, they can’t do it over live chat and said they’d forward my details onto the right department, yet I still have access to the account, emailed them several of times and never get a response, they can’t verify your profile but allow you to make deposits so if you win good luck getting your account verified and money withdrawn because they’ll ask you for details which they know you won’t have, a complete scam of a site, do not use!

I posted a couple of weeks ago how unhappy I was with this site. Since my review I have successfully been paid all of my winnings. I take back what I said about being a scam site but I still find it very frustrating that my winnings took so long to withdraw and the identity checks seem far more vigorous than any other site I’ve been on before. I can understand if you need a more thorough check if you win tens of thousands, but my winnings were round about a days money for a tradesman. Anyway thumbs up for the payment but need to up your game👍
