there support is disgusting
they want to up sell you to give you support
if you for any reason reach to support
they will tell you to buy other service to fix an issue
will lead you on purpose to challenge so you may purchase there other service over and over again
truly horrible

We have bought your elite installation pack and have been chasing your customer support Fahim for this.

We have numerous times raised our case and dissatisfaction with the slow and pathetic installation service but no one is paying any heat.

We wanted to have maintenance services from 6am mart but after these events it doesn’t seem like a professional organisation.

Till now we haven’t had any meeting with the technical or the setup team and we have just been hanging for up to 2 months now.

Not sure what it will take for your company to provide the services that we have paid for in full already.

I request an immediate investigation on this and expect a senior person to reach out to me.

This is a real SCAM in general. Some butchers from Shri Lanka try to make a business selling a piece of shit software.

Horrible support. No one contacts you.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and support provided by this company. After purchasing seven products, I encountered activation issues one of product due to their system's bugs. Instead of resolving the issue, the support team displayed unprofessional behavior, including calling me a “FOOL” and STUPIT accusing me of blackmail simply for requesting what I rightfully paid for.

All I asked for was to activate my product, which is a standard request. Despite their focus on money and expired support plans, this was not about extended support but about a first-time activation. Even basic courtesy was absent from their responses, and the tone was dismissive and disrespectful.

I have never asked for a refund and simply wanted access to the product I purchased. This is not the level of service I expect after investing in their products. My experience has been one of frustration, disappointment, and unfair treatment, and I feel this reflects a lack of respect and care for customers.

If you're considering purchasing from them, I strongly recommend thinking twice. Customer support and professionalism should be a priority, and sadly, this company has failed in both areas.
