Unethical Practices and Refusal to Refund

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After paying the required fee to move forward with their Virtual Assistant service, the company failed to deliver what was promised and then refused to return the fee, despite clear requests and follow-ups.

Communication became slow and unhelpful once payment was made. Instead of resolving the issue professionally or honoring their stated policies, they simply stopped taking responsibility. This behavior feels unethical and misleading, especially for a service-based business that depends on trust.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to get everything in writing, confirm refund policies in advance, and be very careful before paying any upfront fees. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.

HARASSED, THREATENED, ABUSED after employee complaint of health issue

I hope the owner reads this and be aware of the bullying and harassment that employees experienced while employed and once they leave. My own daughter was verbally and emotionally abused, harassed, threatened and humiliated by a woman named Lovely June Gacho just because she has to quit for health reasons. You represent international clients and these clients are aware of labor laws and trusting you to take care of your employees but to have a leader that treats your subordinates like slaves is flat out abuse. Every employee who are scared and treated poorly by this woman should send an anonymous report and never be afraid to file a complaint because the owner of this company is trusting that no bullying and harassment is happening. My daughter is asking for her signed contract as she was not given a copy and they wont give it. THe only way to protect your employee is to fire leaders like Lovely June Gacho

Stay away! Don't apply!

NOT ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE SO TAKE IT WITH A GRAIN OF SALT!

If you're still starting your career in BPO, a fresh graduate, or looking for a career shift in your 20s, then consider this company when applying. Else, stay away! Do not under-value yourself because the pay is very low.

Starting out salary is below minimum. Training is unconventional as all of you will be assigned an account based on your skills. Formal training will begin once you're assigned to an account.

Some supervisors didn't handle the account themselves. Some lie that they are open to change but outright rejects your suggestions particularly in grammar.

I would've rated this company 0 if I wanted to.

You may have come here to find out if it's worth taking the effort, time, and money to apply at this company. Rest assured I am not a disgruntled former employee. I am giving this advice to you as a brother or a friend who doesn't want to see you regret wasting time, effort and money. Let me advice you to be careful with all the positive reviews that you see online as all companies have marketing departments who can anonymously post positive feedback just to get you to apply. Here's my free advice to you. If you are a person who has excellent command in English and had worked for big BPO companies before, don't ever apply here. You are just devaluating yourself. This company doesn't pay a lot. Some of their clients are small companies, some even scam their customers to keep their business running. Next, their clients are clients of the real company so expect that you will not be working with Americans but Fililpino national directors who may have huge egos, who may judge you as if they are the Gods of English and that they know all there is too know about proper communication and proper customer service. And, when these Filipino directors send heads up to 611 for your performance expect an immediate warning from 611. Lastly, most of their supervisors haven't done the job themselves, and they don't have the power to defend your performance. Performance warnings don't regress as well. Overall, this company is a company that tries hard to appear like a call center but isn't at all. They are totally not like Teleperformance, Convergys, Accenture, Sutherland etc.

What I love about SixEleven Global…

What I love about SixEleven Global Services and Solutions is people enjoy coming to work and feel appreciated, acknowledged and rewarded. Signs of fear, domination, bullying, sexual harassment, and intimidation are absent. Creativity, productivity, and thinking outside the box flourish.
